Very accommodating, nice family ”
After one home stay wanted to charge me a lot more to have the ground level room (which was not listed in the ad), I found this one and the owner was much more accommodating. She also allowed me to not do the usual show removal outside once she saw I had a foot brace. Other than that, the room was clean, water hot and strong, AC worked well, bed comfortable. The location is on the doorstep of the night market (which ends before bed time so doesn’t bother you) and just 1 or 2 blocks from the river for lantern watching. Breakfast was giant and delicious. You can hear the occasional intersection beeping that is ubiquitous in Vietnam, but it wasn’t all night so we didn’t need ear plugs. I highly recommend staying right in the center of Hoi An and as long as you don’t expect luxury, this is the perfect place to stay!

Location is quite perfect. You can reach just in 1 minutes from night market. Breakfast was nice and Mrs.Han was so friendly. If I visit Hoian again, I will stay there again.

Exceptional”
Ninh was a great host, was very engaging and accommodating to us. We arranged to be picked up from Da Nang airport and driven back to Da Nang after our stay, 15USD one way. On the way back, we dropped by Marble Mountain, for additiional 15USD. Location was great, we could walk to night market and the ancient town. The only thing lacking were the toiletries, no soap and too little shampoo and toothpaste. A convenient store was nearby so we bought some supplies.

Best location, great value, friendly family ”
If you want the best location in hoi an well stay here ... the morning glory restaurant is only 100 m , nightlife 200 m and the night markets are at your doorstep. I’ve been to hoi an 7 times so you won’t be disappointed.

Great place, nice location, excellent host”
We loved our time here and will stay here again if we come back. Great price. the location is right in the night market which was convenient and just a short walk to the ancient city entrance yet far enough away that it was very quiet. The owner cooks you a great breakfast every morning that you have chosen the night before. She works very hard to make sure your time there is great. She took care of our laundry and arranged motorbike rental for us.

Nice welcoming ”
The host was really nice and devoted but they were not speaking a really good English which made the conversation a little bit difficult. Not many services but that’s not an issue since you are in the middle of the old town and you can easily find anything you want out there. Bedroom nice and enough for the the price and breakfast wasn’t the best one ever but sufficient.

convenient but needs to improve on cleanliness ”
Staff were great. Walking distance to many places. We needed to change our room twice during our seven nights of stay. Once because there were ants crawling all over the night table. The other time was because the toilet was clogged.

Court séjour idéalement situé ”
Nous avons séjourné 2 nuits lors de notre étape à HOIAN & avons été surclassé en chambre familiale avec deux grands lits confortables. L’emplacement est vraiment leur point fort car situé proche du pont japonais et de l’ancienne ville. Toutefois , assez bruyant le soir car vraiment au cœur du marché de nuit. Prêt de vélos ( assez usés ) mais gratuits , petit déjeuner limité mais suffisant. Accueil assez froid à l’arrivée mais avons pu discuté à mon départ avec l’hôte. Lits confortables et hôtel assez propre dans l’ensemble.

Le personnel, la propreté, le petit déjeuné tout était vraiment bien. L’hotel se situe au cœur du marché de nuit, son emplacement est donc idéal. Seul point négatif : les bouteilles d’eau incluses dans le prix sont seulement celles qui se situent en dehors du frigo. A aucun moment nous avons eu l’information. Nous avons donc eu une note élevée à la fin de notre séjour ... pas top pour finir !

Ottima posizione, stanza non grandissima ma pulita signora disponibile ma con poco inglese”
La posizione è centrale, al lato del night market e a due min a piedi dal ponte giapponese coperto. La camera era semplice forse un po’ stretta però con tutto il necessario. Per il prezzo più che ottima considerando appunto la pulizia. La signora è gentile però sa poche parole di inglese ma con google traduttore e a gesti si fa tutto!
