I would never stay here again ”

The bathroom was nasty. Full of other peoples hair and dirt. There were used combs for you to use. The bed was harder than the floor.

Clean, quiet”

This is a little out of town so it's nice and quiet. Operators do not speak English but communication is possible with google translate. Clean and reasonable place to stay. Hard mattresses as is common in Vietnam

I chose the hotel for the breakfast included option on Agoda, but at morning they told me that it's a mistake, and they can't do nothing because they've already clarified with the app. For the same price or less you can find better options.

The staff were friendly, Mostly communication via Google translate, but this worked well., the mini bar was on a table and no fridge, also probably good point for foreigners, like myself is to remember the toilets are not designed for toilet paper. But room clean and tidy, staff friendly and helpful, good for the price

Hoàng Anh Hotel xin chân thành cảm ơn quý khách đã đặt phòng tại khách sạn. Khách sạn Hoàng Anh hiện nay đã nâng cấp bãi đậu xe riêng cho khách với diện tích rộng hơn 300m2, chia làm 3 sân ngoài trời và 01 sân trong nhà phục vụ khách để xe qua đêm, có nơi đậu xe dành riêng cho xe du lịch và xe bus cỡ lớn. Mong có dịp Quý khách trở lại khách sạn để chúng tôi có thể phục vụ khách hàng được tốt hơn!

Location is in a quiet family neighborhood. Floor needed some sweeping. AC circuit breaker is outside room. Communication for English speakers is difficult. Able to use Google translate. Must walk some to eat at roadside restraunats. 2.5K from train station. 4K from Big C supermarket and KFC.

Staffs are very kind, English was hard to communicate though. Location is a bit far from downtown. Room condition was no problem for me. Cheap and fine. Wifi didnt work.

Budget hotel big room my room did have internet

Personeel spreekt bijna geen engels. Niet alle kamers hebben internet, ben daarom na 1uur maar verhuisd.. Ontbijt is een broodje dat nog gehaald moest worden.. Drinken bij ontbijt was warm water.. Personeel is wel vriendelijk maar moet nog veel leren.. Naar het centrum is een klein uur lopen..
