It's expected to clean, tidy and in good condition since you enter the villa. - We would greatly appreciate if our guests would take off their shoes when they enter the villa. - Please take note that no loud music/ late parties allowed. - Guests need to email to us a list of all group member's names and passport or ID card numbers before check in for our registration with security and reception. - All electric devices must be turned off before leaving the villa. - Make sure the doors are fully closed when using the air-conditioners. - Any breakages are to be paid for in full - new or old without exception. - Save the electricity and water for the world and our children.
