I stayed here with my husband and daughter for 3 nights. We used the free bikes that the guest house provided to get to Hoi An (about 1.5 km) and to go to An Bang beach (about 4 km) through rice paddies and on a road with a shoulder. We enjoyed using the bikes to get around. In terms of location, I felt that it was ideal for what we wanted. The room was generous in size and came with complimentary bathroom essentials, plenty of clean towels and bottled water everyday. There is a little pool in the courtyard that we used when we got back from our excursions. There are plenty of local, street vendors around the guesthouse that sell good, reasonably-priced food and a convenience store across the road. The friendly, smiling woman who was our main contact during our stay doesn’t speak English but is a very good communicator and, it was clear, that she wanted us to have a good stay and be comfortable. Would stay again.

Very kind host, clean and big room, tasty breakfast and refreshing pool”
This was the best place we stayed in through our travel across Vietnam. The host is very helpful and can speek good english, so there was no problem with communication. The bedroom and the bathroom were very spaceous and tidy. The air conditioner worked perfectly and quickly cooled the whole place. Even though it is not the nearest to the beach, you get free usage of their bikes and it takes you just about 5-10 min to the centre and about 15-20 min easy ride to the beach, which did not seem much to us. The pool is a must have after coming from the beach, so we were really happy that we could chill by the pool in the evening. All in all, we would gladly extend our stay there, but were limited with the time. Not to forget, we got some free of charge water and bananas for the road, which just shows how kind they are.

Amazing quite place with best local family ”
After reading all great reviews about this place and people running the business, ai have decided to stay for 3 nights. If you loking for something out of old town of Hoi An and dont mind few minutes bike ride which is free, this is a place to stay. The family is very friendly, no hustle with them trying to sell you suits or tours or anything else, but when needed they are helpfull in every way. Rooms were super clean, internet worked perfectly, english speaking person always on hand. Needless to say i wanted to stay longer, but unfortunately all rooms were booked. I would strongly recommend this place as it was not only great value for money, on top of that awesome experience meeting the family. Not to mention that when I had to move only 2Km from this place member of family has gave me a bike ride there. Oh and the bikes are sustainable wi5 gears which is great if you wanna do bike tour n your own.

Lovely homestay with awesome breakfast and pool!7”
We stayed here for 4 days and we loved it! The whole family is so nice, they helped us with everything and made us feel absolutely welcome. Every morning we were greeted with tasty omelet, fresh fruit and lots of smiles :) the rooms are clean and comfortable and the pool makes the whole thing even more perfect! The location was great because it’s close to the old town of Hoi An but not in the middle of all the fuzz, so when you go back „home“, you can calm down in a rather quiet area. You can also rent bikes for free to explore the area or walk there (about 15-20 minutes). There are a few restaurants and mini marts nearby in case you‘re not in the mood to go to the city center. Thank you so much for having us, we really hope to see you again one day!

Lovely family run homestay”
Absolutely recommend this place. The family who owns and runs the homestay are lovely and always happy to help. The homestay is clean, has a communal pool and deck which are nice to relax on. The family did our laundry for very cheap (and did a fantastic job, the clothes looked almost brand new!). They also make a really good value breakfast and helped organize us a cheap taxi to Da Nang. The free bikes are a bonus too as it is a short stroll from the old town (but still nicely located on a quiet street near local food and drink.

What a great place to stay. Very welcoming family. Good choice of breakfast. Clean comfortable rooms. Modern bathroom. Great pool. We were made very welcome. Our daughter loved playing with the families daughter and their new puppies. We had a great stay and stayed longer than originally booked as we liked it so much. Free pushbikes a real bonus as we cycled everywhere. Great location for ancient town and beach.

Amazing Stay”
We originally booked two nights but ended up adding two more because the accommodation was perfect! The room was lovely with a balcony and great A/C. The pool was refreshing to dip into every evening after a long day. There are free bicycles available to explore the old town, with the main area only a few minutes away on bike. The free breakfast is also brilliant, with fresh fruit and a range of food options available. The family were also extremely friendly and welcoming and even invited us to sit with them to eat before leaving by bus (which they booked for us). Could not recommend staying here enough, one of the best places we have stayed in while travelling through Vietnam!

Really nice place. Loved every minute of it”
We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Stuff is amazing, joyful and great. They have the best dog in the world and the atmosphere around the hostel is great. Free bikes, 5 minutes ride to city centre, lovely cafe nearby 'bao's coffee' (2 min walk) which is great. In front of the cafe you can eat amazing noodles soup for 30K. They also have a guitar, helped us book the bus to Hue and prepared food when we left. Overall a top experience.

The staff was so nice, the breakfast in the morning is amazing for great value, rooms are nice, clean, there is a common balcony, outside pool, bikes to rent to free (5 minutes to the old town and 15-20 minutes to An Ang beach). Would definitely recommend!

Nice, clean and spacious room”
This hotel provides a nice, clean and spacious room. It has a swimming pool. The staff is nice, friendly and helpful to my needs. It is located about 150m away from the bus station for the Danang-Hoi An bus that can bring you to several stops in the Danang city centre. However, it is quite a walking distance away from the buzz at the Hoi An riverside.

Calm and clean”
The place is ideal for those who do not crave for the centre rush. The place is a little out of historical centre, but very close to local food places and cafes. There are free bicycles to lend, it is super easy to get city centre or to the beach. We had the deluxe room which was full of light yet had thick curtains to keep the morning light coming in. Spacious and clean. Would have appreciated more storage room or a desk to work/write at. Nevertheless it is a beautiful villa and it seems much time was dedicated to decorate it well. The stuff is very helpful, friendly and smiley, but do not speak much English, so we could not have deeper talk or so...
