Good location and helpful staff”
The staffs were especially helpful, they offered an airport transfer cheaper than the one i found online or on grab. They also went out of their way to get me a bicycle even though they had run out of their own bikes to rent out. Room was spacious and clean, and the location was good. Unfortunately, while i was there a power trip happened and i could hear people walking (pretty urgently lol), talking outside and doors slamming, which kept me awake. That was the only issue i had with the accommodation but i guess they were also pretty frantic about the situation.

Our stay at Ivy Hotel was perfect”
Our stay at the Ivy Hotel was perfect. It is located right next to the ancient town, it was clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. We stayed there 4 nights and we will definitely stay here again. The staff helped us book a driver to Hue and even assisted us in getting an item we left at another hotel. They really went above and beyond. The breakfast is good and the rooms were spacious and very clean. We loved this hotel.

Good Hotel Good Location”
Hotel room is clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and can speak English. Good Location walking distance to the Japanese bridge. Opposite there is a mini mart and massage shop. A Korean Mart behind the hotel across the bridge and a night market with many pub and restaurant. But rooms facing the main road abit of nosiey from the vehicles.

Fantastic location ”
Located right by the main attractions, just a short walk into the hub of old town Hoi An. Very clean, good breakfast, great coffee! Staff were warm, friendly and helpful. Restaurants, taxis, ATMs, night market, everything close by and convenient!

Best location with reasonable price”
Nice hotel, still new. Located right next to the ancient town, you can walk there by a couple of minutes. They also have free bicycles to ride. Highly recommended!!

we stayd 2 nights. Breakfast was nice for additional 70 000 VND/pax. Staff very helpful. We used laudry servise for 50 000 VND per kg. Location is grat, five min from Japanese bridge. Pitty they dont have a pool

This hotel is in a perfect location, has excellent rooms, is a spotlessly clean modern hotel that lacks nothing EXCEPT an elevator. If three flights of stairs are not an issue, then this is a great place to stay.

Short walking distance to Hoi An ancient city where you will find lots of restaurants. Reception was very friendly and helpful with transports and places to go. Fast check in and check out.

Simple & old furnitures and not bad at all, nice and big shower room. The Hoi An ancient town which is just behind, 5 seconds walk only. But the hotel cleaners & staffs ( men's voice) are very noisy and talk very loudly. I could heard they were yelling at each other even at night time.

Best location but needs some improvement on breakfast buffet”
I liked the hotel location as it is right in the city center. The staff at the reception that I met on the first day was very friendly and helpful. However, the other staff I met on the second day was very rude and told us off not to have additional fried eggs/omelettes (it was a breakfast buffet). Very disappoiting.

More like a 3 star guesthouse”
This hotel is more like a 3 stars guesthouse to me. Room size is average. It's a little bit outdated. No safe in room. No elevator. However location is perfect as it is approximately 100m away from old town and night market. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. Hence we booked it for its location.
