Many good things”
Had a very nice 4 day stay at Palmy Villa's. There are many things to like. Location is good, not in the old town, but close enough to use a bicycle or a motorbike. Same goes for the beach. Hoi An is getting more and more crowded, so it's nice to stay at a place that is sort of half way between the beach and Hoi An town. I still like Hoi an by the way. Palmy Villa is a good base. The pool has a very good size and is well kept, garden is beautiful with flowers, the rooms are big with a big bathroom, a big balcony, soft bed and a tv with a bunch of western channels (HBO, Fox etc). Breakfast is adequate and staff is very friendly. This quality for price I could come back here. There is only one thing I did not like. Most of the rooms have a front door with a sort of shaded glass. That means that there is a lot of light coming in the room, and also means that the room is very illuminated in the early morning. I like the room to be dark if possible, so this woke me up too early every day.

Beautiful villa with really friendly staff”
Beautiful villa, my girlfriend and I had an amazing stay. The pool is clean, refreshing, and a good size. Rooms are spacious and look even better than they do in the pictures. The staff are helpful and make the place feel like home. Food is good and reasonably priced and the free bike rentals are perfect for going into town (10 min ride) or going to the beach (10 min ride). Though it's a bit outside town, we thought it was perfectly situated to relax.

Large room with great basic amenities”
The room was large and comfortable. The doors had glass in them without any blinds so light came through at night. The pool was good enough for laps, and the poolside was great for lounging in the afternoon. The staff were attentive and friendly. Breakfast was a mix of local and western dishes, and sufficient to satisfy a traveler. It would have been better if the location was nearer to town, but then it would lose its peaceful charm.

Nice and clean hotel. very friendly staff who will help you out with anything. it's not to far from the beach and from the old centre (by bicycle). The bicycles are for free.

Nice and quiet location”
The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast is satisfactory, good for fuelling up before going about your day. The pool is also nice, and there are adequate lounge chairs around the pool to spend lazy days. I would have preferred the location to be a bit nearer to Ancient town, as this is about 25 minutes to walk. The upside is that it is really peaceful and quiet.

I can't recommend contributing to the problem by ever visiting or spending any money here. The area was designated a UNESCO world heritage site and subsequently experienced a boom in tourism that caused outside speculators to displace the people who possessed the culture. Now the old town is a string of bars with foreign owners playing dated western party music, and the whole town is drunk, dirty and white after dark. This is date rape tourism, it is run by organized crime.

Un peu en dehors de la ville très touristique, d'une propreté parfaite... Mais sa plus grande qualité vient de son personnel. Nous recevons plein de sourires et on fait tout pour nous rendre heureux... Et ça marche ! Nous avons d'immenses chambres modernes ( il y en a 16 en tout). On le recommande sans restriction.

The best place in my life”
The building is neither too tall nor the same. There is no elevators, but owner help us. The main street can be accessed by taxi. this is secluded place, but all the places by 10minutes when I get a taxi Breakfast is excellent. The most praiseworthy thing is, All employees are so veryveryyyy kind. If you visit Hoylan again next time, I want to stay with you again. 정말 너무너무 완벽했던 숙소라 10점을 줘도 부족해요 건물은 그리 큰 편은 아니었지만 그래서인지 직원분들이 저희 얼굴 다 기억하고 잘 챙겨주셨어요 수영장도 너무 작지도 크지도 않아서 적당히 물놀이 하기에 적합했어요 수영장 자주 이용하실것 같으면 1층 추천드려요 저흰 3층에서 묵었는데 햇볕도 너무 좋고 뷰도 완벽했어요 숙소에 도룡뇽?이 들어오긴 했지만 상관없었어요 스탭분들이 너무 친절하세요 엘리베이터가 없었던 것과 개미가 몇마리 보이는 것 등등의 약간의 단점을 다 잊게 할 정도로 거기 일하시는 모든 분들이 너무 친절해서 기분 좋게 묵다갔어요 다음에 또 다시 방문한다면 꼭 갈 생각이에요 강력 추천합니당 👍👍
