Can’t really fault my stay as there was no staff as everything is done automated and value for money is spot on but I wouldn’t recommend it for someone who needed a wheel chair as the slope to the steps at the front is very steep as well having no access for a wheel chair but other than that it was more than perfect for what I needed it for and definitely would stay again in the future.

Happy with overall stay, clean quiet room., very comfortable. Check-in was not straightforward and ended up being lengthy and stressful after a long journey. Small issues matter and can make a difference to the quality of customer experience. If something is defective or not quite right and it's known, just sort it before the next client checks in.
