Great hotel, great location, great staff!”
I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights and it was the best place I can think of. It's in walking distance of everything and the staff is so nice. I cannot remember that I had so many great people working in a single hotel before. From a service perspective this hotel is definitely 4 to 5 star! My room was very clean and offered more than enough space including a very nice bathroom. It was also quiet , I actually didn't hear anything from the neighbor rooms or the busy streets of Hanoi within my room. So I'm happy that I can 100% recommend this hotel and I will come definitely back into this hotel when I come to Hanoi next time :)

Everything is nice but some advise”
House keeper did a great job in cleaning room but my advice is letting house keeper clean the room in the afternoon. Even i put a do not disturb card on door but the sound house keeper cleaning the room next to my room wakes me up☹️

Loved it and will come back”
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the staff were really helpful and efficient. The place was spotless and the attention to detail from the fresh flowers to the placement of certain items is commendable. We had one of the few rooms at the front of the hotel which could be a bit noisy at times but it didn’t bother us much since it quietened down when we went to sleep. Thank you to the staff, we will definitely be coming back to our spacious room!

It was comfortable without any inconvenience during the free trip. The staff are friendly too. Alone was fine. The location is good, so it's good for sightseeing.

Great little hotel”
This hotel has about 6 floors with about 3 rooms per floor, and yes it has a elevator that works great, not one of those take-forever slow kind. If you want a room facing the street get a Holiday Room, it is also a bit larger, plenty of room and a big bathroom. The room is very clean, has very good bedding and mattress, has a safe and they even put fresh fruit in your room everyday. The bathroom is very nice and they give you all the amenities I can think of (soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, razor, toothbrush, comb, sewing kit, ear swabs). Fresh towels everyday and the water is hot, hot , hot all day long. The shower id great, it is one of those big shower heads and it works great. As far as the staff goes, I cant say enough about how helpful they are, everyone of them from the 4 different one's I met that managed the front desk, the kitchen staff, the maids, and the doorman, they where all so nice, friendly and made you feel at home. Thanks to all!

Great little hotel”
A cozy little hotel. Only around 17 rooms, but all are very nice. We has a family holiday room, faces the street area and you can see the road. Around 35 sqmt, it was plenty big, it was clean, had great shower, good comfortable bed, fresh fruit every day (free), and bathroom had so many free amenities (comb, toothbrush, sewing kit, q-tips, razor, etc). The staff from front desk to kitchen and doorman are all outstanding & friendly. Free breakfast was very good. Most say the location is excellent, so close to everything! No need for taxi for normal running around things like street shopping and eating. A Poppeys chicken, Burger King, KFC, and Domino's just 200 meters away, but also so many good Vietnamise restaurants nearby also. Had a great time at this place!

Unbeatable location and great staff”
The location is unbeatable, walking distance to most attractions and really good value for money. The rooms are spacious and clean, beds were comfortable, the staff are really helpful with suggestions. Breakfast was really good: fruits, selection of local or western breakfast for u to choose from, good Vietnamese coffee. Will definitely stay with them again.

We were given an upgrade for free as our room wasn’t available immediately when we had to check in earlier. The room was fantastic: spacious, clean and facilities were great. Only downside was that water cooler was not provided.

Good budget hotel, value for money”
Good location, minute walk to Saint Church, night market etc. Rooms were clean and good water pressure. The manager Ms Jenny was very hospitality and helpful. She had helped us to organised an excellent 3 days 2 night Sapa tour too! We will definitely choose this hotel if we revisit Hanoi again.
