Had an overnight stay staff were fabulous very polite and helpful , room was very clean and only a ten taxi ride into my destination which was good too

Good stay”
We wanted a hotel in close proximity to the Airport & your site says & shows as the hotel in very close proximity which I think you should rectify , I was so disappointed to find that the hotel is 15/20 minutes away from Luton Airport but if you looking for peace & quiet this hotel is in a quiet location , the breakfast is very basic , there is no shuttle service to the Airport if staying here you will have to request for a taxi or Uber service.

Good hotel close to luton only 15 min drive so dont bother spending more money on hotels near the airport this kne has a good breakfast it could do with a bigger dinner menu and it shuts at 9pm for food but Depends what your looking for breakfast is good its a belter staff are lovely and rooms are awsome

New Hotel with comfortable rooms”
I booked this hotel by mistake, I meant to stay at the other Holiday Inn nearer Junc 9 of the MI. However this hotel was much better and cheaper

Very good”
Very clean and serviceable hotel, which included a complimentary breakfast in the price. The only issue we would have to raise would be the 'powdered' scrambled eggs on the hot plates that could have been a throwback to the 1940s, and were basically inedible - and were the comedic talking point among the guests every morning! Maybe the Hotel's breakfast plans could be updated to address this issue.

Good stay. Used it as a 1 night stopover. Clean and decent rooms. Breakfast was not the greatest of quality but sufficient for the price paid for the room. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel was lovely as were the staff But the only downside was there wasn’t much options of hot food for breakfast just scrambled eggs and beans, would have been nice to see some more options for vegetarians But overall a lovely stay

Absolutely fantastic. A superbly warm reception and the staff were so friendly and extremely helpful. Nothing too much trouble. Breakfast is to die for and as much as you want. An equally warm send off on departure. We will certainly be revisiting.

Currently this hotel is in total chaos especially at weekends and there is not enough quality staff/ management and breakfast is particularly poor with all the food as well utensils running out.constantly. For the amount of money this hotel charges it is light years away from being on a par with Premier Inn for example.....I spent 2 weeks here unfortunately and would not look to have to encounter this experience again in a hurry.
