The staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was clean. The shower was the best I’ve come across in a hotel. Very easy to get to from the airport by the free bus. Breakfast was good. All in all a comfortable pleasant stay.

Excellent Value, Clean, Friendly & Convenient”
Stayed overnight here to catch a flight from Edinburgh airport. Good value for a spacious comfortable twin room with spotlessly clean bathroom & really good sized shower facilities. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Warm friendly greeting reception upon arrival via the free shuttle bus approx every 15-20 mites from airport - look for the "H" sign after turning right when exiting the airport, it's right towards the end of the bus stops. Shuttle from the hotel to the airport can be purchased or £2.50 per person and is great value with the driver helping us on & off with our luggage. We enjoyed quite a nice meal at the hotel on the night of our arrival and service was fast and friendly. Breakfast was included and fulfilled our needs. We would definitely stay here again and we were more than happy with our experience at the Holiday Inn Express Edinburgh Airport.

Lovely staff and great location to the airport”
This review is mainly for the staff that work at the hotel as she was so super helpful with everything we had to organise. She even gave us a super early breakfast on the morning we were leaving. The hotel is lovely and clean, and the bed was very comfortable. I would highly recommend staying here.

Had a long haul drive all the way from Yolk, on a bad weather night to Edinburgh. Food poisoning made the condition worse. Considering my condition, not only the front desk manager provided us the 001 room (the nearest for me to reach the lobby if I ever need help), he even helped to carried some of our luggages and led us to the room. Didnt see him the next morning. I hope you see this, and would like to say Thank You for everything, Sir. I definitely will go back to this hotel next time!

For our last night in Scotland before a long flight to America, we were delighted with our room at Holiday Inn Express. The shower was a dream, the bed was super comfy, the TV was great, and there was even a little sofa to sit on to watch. Very clean - just perfect!

The location of the hotel is a bonus if you are in transit in Edinburgh. The Edinburgh airport is just 5 min away from hotel. They provide shuttle service to the airport at GBP 5 per person. The staff at the hotel is great! They are very friendly and helpful. As for the room, it's quite spacious and comfortable.

The hotel is conveniently located by Edinburgh airport. Bed comfortable and all facilities clean. Plenty opportunities to eat and drink. The shuttle bus had to be paid for but, even at 4am, was available at 5 minutes notice.

Too noisy”
Stayed night before early flight to Lapland with 8 year old-as it was an airport hotel thought it would be good idea to be 4 minutes from airport-how wrong could one be! Party nights booked in hotel-sounded fantastic but we were there for an early night/start-no sleep so should have just trevelled early in he morning from home! Booked an alarm call with reception for early wake up as catching 5am flight-backed this up wih my alarm call which went off-no wake up call from hotel-told them I never got alarm call and the reply was OH! Pay the extra n stay at he Hilton or travel from home.
