We chose this hotel because we were going to a graduation nearby and were driving from the north. It was well situated for the M1 & has parking. Nice rooms, great breakfast and very helpful staff. Would use it again

There are no cupboards or drawer space in any guest room,and the rooms have no safety deposit boxes.This hotel charges £7.50 per day for use of internet broadband, co clearly will not attract business guests. However, it is very handy for visiting the West End,and handy for shopping, cinemas buses,etc.

I enjoyed my staff in this relatively new hotel. Spacious room with tea coffee provided as well as free wi-fi. Attentive and helpful staff. Small but sufficient bar area and breakfast area very pleasant although choice of food a little limited but OK overall

Affordable but quality hotel”
Only criticism is the access to the car park is effectively at the rear of the building yet the sat nav directs you to the front. As this is on a main road, taking a wrong approach can leave you having to do a big round trip to get back to the hotel. Also there's a no-right turn off the main road to the hotel, so you have to go left, U-turn, then drive straight across to the hotel. All these niggles cound be avoided if the sat nav was to the road that had the entrance to the car park

Housekeeping doesn't seem to stay on top of the requests made at reception, was addressed after I complained. Otherwise, this hotel is clean, spacious, safe, well connected by bus and the night manager is especially helpful.

at the reception there was only one person who really cared the rest couldn't care less about the customers. the room wasn't so clean and it was noisy the internet was with a charge of 7.50 pounds but didn't work when i asked for a refund they said they cannot give me one, any request you had from the hotel first you were requested to come down to the reception and they they said they cannot help you, couldn't they just say that on the phone?, bad hotel bad service will never go back there.

El hotel relacion calidad precio fantástico. Pasa el bus 13 por la puerta que te lleva al centro (50min aprox) o al metro en 5 minutos. Está en zona 2. Muy cerca tienes un montón de tiendas, restaurantes cafeterías y supermercados. El personal encantador. No hablan español pero se esfuerzan por entenderte y sin problema.
