Just perfect stay! ”
Located near Hammersmith tube station. About 7-8mins walk distance to/from station but pretty easy to find the hotel. Many shops and variety of restaurants around the place. Very well enough for personal needs even not going outside. Just 15mins walk + tube to Westfield shopping mall. The room is very clean and spacious enough for two big suitcase. Many sockets Inside the room and at both side of the bed, which is very handy when recharging all electronic items. Will definitely pick this up again when come to London.

I've stayed here Feb 2020 and chose to stay here again in Dec 2021. Rooms are not big but I think reasonable for the price paid. Location is good for me as it's about 10 minute walk to Train station. This was very important as the trains were not running between Hammersmith and Heathrow during the period I arrived in London. The complimentary buses provided from Heathrow to Hammersmith by TLF came in very handy.

Easy to walk to the tube station on District, Piccadilly, Circle and Hammersmith&City line. Many lovely restaurants and shops around the area. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. I’ve got a small room and not quite clean after check in so I requested and been allowed to change to the new room. Very happy with my stay

The hotel is 10 minutes from underground & bus station. Good shopping area & food choices are okay at this location. I have stayed twice at this hotel. Rooms generally clean although few hairs found on bed sheets. Staff is very helpful & gave us room early although we arrived 5 hours early. The bath showers unexpectedly throws boiling hot water & suddenly cold water although the temperature was set at low. I encountered this issue during my both stays. Hotel should look into this issue. Although breakfast need more fruits, flavored yogurts more types of eggs, only scrambled eggs are extremely boring.

This was my 3rd stay at this hotel. Good location, 10 minutes walk from underground & bus station, good shopping & eating options around. Breakfast needs updating with more fruits, flavored yogurts, fried & boiled eggs. Only seeing scrambled eggs makes you vomit. Bath showers in this hotel have some issues as they unexpected throw boiling hot water & then cold water. I stayed 3 times at this hotel at 3 different rooms & this surprise of boiling hot water was found in every bath. Hotel should look into this seriously.

Nice hotel but under renovations ”
Room and bed are comfortable. Location is good. My wife and I watched the EPL games live at the nearby pub. However, we were not informed at time of booking that the hotel is undergoing renovations. What is worst is that the breakfast spread is limited to cold items like cornflakes, croissants, muffin and instant porridge in a cup. The only hot stuff are the coffee and tea.

Dorm life revisited …”
No dresser or adequate storage to put your clothes away, effectively forcing you to live out of your suitcase for several days; No desk to write or work on; No ice machine; Zero pictures or artwork of any kind on blank, barren walls; No face towels in room or on requests, and an air conditioner and heater that barely works, clearly on their own schedule … but, they did provide a ledge underneath the television about 6 to 8 inches deep, to put stuff on. What a ridiculous bargain basement, swap meet, thrift store furniture decor, … absent any thought for comfort or style. I would be embarrassed to stay there a third time. My first pre model stay was fantastic. This remodeled caricature of a budget facility is well beneath the standards and expectations of the iconic Holiday Inn brand. I just hope that persons who made the decision to go minimalistic are gainfully … uemployed.

I never stay in hotel with dog in n next room. He keep barking all night until midnight. This is not the end it’s just the beginning. 04:00 garbage truck is just downstairs collecting glass bottles which really really noisy and that noise keep coming for a half hour. And then the rail start to work u can hear the train pass through. Around 07:00 people start to leave their room u can hear they talk. Horrible！never have this experience and don’t want to suffer agagin

Broken heating, no refund”
I initially booked this hotel for 2 nights, but it was freezing cold in the room. Having woke up with sore throat I decided to check out earlier and to ask for a refund for the second night. Unfortunately the hotel decided not to return me my money. It was extremely disappointing.

Better than I expected. Staff were very friendly despite what I read from another review. Breakfast was better than your typical 'continental' they actually had fresh hot eggs and sausage. Nothing fancy mind you but better than most hotels in this price range. Although there is a couple of cheap shopping stores near by like TJ MAx and Primark oh yeh also Argos, there's not much else. So not a high end shopping experience. Its a short walk to Hammersmith station (+5 mins). From there you can get almost any where as several underground lines run into hammersmith including the piccadilly line which gets you to Hearthrow in 36 minutes.(CHeck the front o0f the train to make sure it goes to your termainal) If you forget to check dont panic any train will get you part of the way but you must get off before acton town to change just stay on the same platform.

After we booked we were a bit concerned at some of the reviews on trip advisor but we were really happy, room was large and had an iron and ironing board hairdryer and people had said there were no toiletries, there were but in a dispenser not individual bottles, so we’ll done holiday inn. Breakfast was good with hot and cold items that were topped up regularly, got a bit busy around 9 but still plenty of tables to sit at. Staff excellent, very pleasant and welcoming, would definitely stay again

Perfectly Adequate”
The Holiday Inn Express Hammersmith is a typical chain hotel. It's reasonable comfortable and well maintained. The Hammersmith location has good access to a mall, shops, restaurants and 3 tube lines. The value is not great, but that's London for you. I didn't have any problems while I was there and the staff were friendly and helpful.
