Wonderful and Convenient ”
Great hotel within walking distance of the airport. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. They have all the necessities and even have an ironing board and a water kettle in the room. I was impressed with the room as it was an express hotel. Breakfast was good and they allow you to leave your luggage on the day you leave to explore London, so you don't have to lug it around. I would definitely stay here again if I was to come back and would like to be near the airport!

The hotel is very close to the airport and you can walk there. No need for a shuttle or taxi, unless you have a lot of luggage. It’s about a 5 min walk. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room was clean. The bed and sheets were wonderful! Had a great nights sleep. The breakfast croissants are delicious and flaky :)

Convenient night stay”
After a very late flight into Luton we just had a short walk (no taxi necessary) to the hotel. Despite the close location to the airport, the room was very quiet and we had no problem sleeping, even in the morning.

Great Location after a late flight”
Walking distant (~5 minutes) from Luton Airport. Use the stairs for short cut to Reception. Recommend to take Uber if travelling with big luggage or with young or oldies. Midnight reception staffs are not as friendly as the morning shift. Overall, great place for late arrival flight.

Thought the hotel was adequate though the food wasn't perhaps great. Room was very clean, and I was kindly put in a location I asked for (Quiet). Close to Luton Airport, and had no problems at all. Reception staff very friendly.

It’s a bit of hit and miss. I’ve stayed in this hotel a number of times due to its convenient location. One time they gave me a room which wasn’t cleaned, so I asked for a new one and that ended up being ideal. - This last visit in September 2020, the carpets were not clean. I found some random hair on my towel. No slippers. + The breakfast was very nice. Friendly and welcoming reception. Convenient location

Something to think about”
The only thing I can say bad about the hotel is its location. When you look on the web set and the map you would think it was good, and on these it is. However due to all the work in progress at the airport terminal its a different story. There is no bus into the hotel and you need to cross a main road on foot. The only bus you could use doesn't run all night. If you try to walk its not clear what way to go and its not named.

Booking for one night prior to Corona Virus and no refund or even partial refund offered. Other hotels and airlines offered at least partial refunds in the circumstances . Dublin airport car park even gave a full refund. Your attitude at this time is very inconsiderate and shortsighted.

Stay in Holiday Inn Express if you have an early flight in Luton. You can just walk to the airport. They also serve breakfast as early as 4am.
