You can always rely on the staffs in the housekeeping department. Because sometimes I will run out of bathroom tissues or coffee or towels if I need and I will just ask them because they were already there taking care of other rooms nearby. I like that the staffs will check on any problem with their amenities like the laundry facilities for example when I was told by the front desk it takes only 1 token but in my case I did the 4o min wash instead of the regular 30 min and ended up with 2 tokens to put in. The front desk was able to give me tokens that I need without extra charge and sent someone why the incident occurred. The shower however, I am not sure if the design is all the same but it is made of thick glass and can see the silhouette of the person taking a shower. For a couple it can be very sexy but for others not something you wanted to see. I wish the part that was facing the beds were not entirely made of glass. (Sleek tho I will give them that but privacy sometimes is a must). Also the shower has a very slight separation on the floors that makes the water goes out to the sink area and toilet therefore always put in the bathmat towel before showering and have and extra mat towels if you need. All the staffs are friendly but sometimes there are some minute details that can be straightened out but will not do so especially when it comes to stamped dates on your food voucher. Non transferrable. Dates can not be changed or substituted for a different dates when you have already paid for it with the hotel stay. They know this already in the restaurant yet they will ask you to try your luck to go to the front desk for any changes made but with no luck anyway. (Waste of my time! However, food tastes really good here! ) But in any case proving that they are strict about that. Overall, my adult daughter and I are very satisfied with our stay and will always reccommend this hotel for friends and family.

Love the room ambiance, the front desk service was fast and the staff were polite, breakfast was good. Love the al fresco area! Walking distance to convenience stores. There’s a bar (House Manila) by the entrance if you want to have a good time.

HIE Experience”
This is my first time staying at HIE Newport and probably won't be my last. The room given to me was clean had a great view. The bed and the sheets was cozy, I had a good night sleep. The bathroom had all the essentials that I needed. Their breakfast buffet is ok as well, the food's delicious and loved their brewed coffee and left there with a happy tummy. The Hotel's location is a plus as well because its literally a pedestrian lane away from the Newport Mall. Their staff was very welcoming as well and were able to cater to all my needs during my stay.

I find it very close to the airport and the hotel provides a seamless airport transfer and vice versa. This service is the one truly impressed me. In addition, the hotel stay was superb, with cleaned rooms and beddings. I also loved the breakfast buffet. I hope to book in the future. Thank you to Mr. Joseph at the reception. Great Hotel”
We had the best stay at the Holiday Inn Express Newport City. Hotel is nice and clean. The bed and pillows are comfy. Location was great. It’s close to the airports and high end shopping area. If you love casino this hotel is perfect for you. Staffs were nice and accommodating. Lastly they offer free shuttle to the airport which can save you a lot of money. I highly recommend this hotel.

Clean and nice location”
Really value for money. I stayed in Holiday inn express to rest after a long haul flight before the family travel again to our province. Location is inside newport city (and so resorts world). Very convenient to restaurant and all. Facilities is nice. The room is super nice as well. Although you can see NAIA terminal 3, you need to still take the skyway to reach the airport. Takes about 15 minutes including slight traffic. During our arrival, the hotel system was down and we were asked to wait (for quite long, as in hours). As a tired traveler, the hotel should have offered some refreshments or anything in lieau of the waiting. not to mention, we arrived at 9PM, the usual check in was 3pm.

Awesome Staff and services”
Been choosing this hotel since I started visiting the Philippines in 2019. Staff especially at the front desk are just amazing, very professional, helpful, accommodating, courteous and friendly. The place is clean, safe and secured as there are visible security guards around. The location is close to the airport, the food selections on their menus are good and free breakfast absolutely a plus! I will highly recommend this place to friends and relatives.

Convenient and fairly priced Hotel ”
Hotel is very near the NAIA Airport. Stayed in this hotel prior to my long flight to the US. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Efficient check in and check out. Free breakfast was. Bonus.Very near the Newport Mall were there are a lot of restaurants that you can choose from. MacDonalds and 7-11 is just around the corner. Would recommend this hotel for your layover to and from the Philippines.

Our family had been staying in this hotel for the holidays even before the pandemic and it was a refreshing change that we were able to have our stay cation here after 2 years. The staffs are helpful. Great location to Naia t3 you can actually walk from t3 to the bridge linked to the hotels. There is a buggy service and transport service for free! The room is nice and very clean

Holiday Inn Express near NAIA airport, extremely well located if you need an early flight the next day. Staff are friendly and helpful, room was nice and comfortable with all amenities one needs. Breakfast was good, enough choice to get you going. In short, certainly a good hotel.

My husband and I were supposed to fly to boracay but I had a bad bleed at the airport. I am 7 weeks pregnant. We offloaded and booked at this hotel as my ob advised me to go on bed rest before I could travel back home. We stayed here for two nights. Our stay was confortable. The free breakfast was good. The guards, the male front desk officer, all of the staff actually, were very helpful. We would definitely go back but under better circumstances.

Near the airport”
We always stay in this hotel if we want to be near the airport. Newport Mall is very accessible and there are a lot of dining options there. The only thing about this hotel is you have to scan your luggage at the entrance. So, if you're coming from the basement parking, you have to go to the entrance first with all your luggage. It would be better if they also have the security check at the basement parking.

Quick Quarantine no frills ”
If you are looking for a place to get your quarantine done that will have adequate wifi,clean comfortable bed and a warm shower then Holiday Inn Express Newport delivers. I took a package that only included breakfast and the good part is they allowed me to take 2 breakfast the bad part is there were usually only 2 choices and when breakfast finally arrived 30-45 minutes later from ordering it was usually cold. I understand they are serving alot of in room guests at 1 time but hot food is still to be expected. That's really the only complaint. I slept well,got work done and was able to get my quarantine done quickly. It's great because its located so close to airport. The staff is very nice. Make sure to ask for more towels and amenities as I was only given 1 towel at 1st. Overall i would stay again just may load my luggage with snacks before i arrive.
