Nice hotel, But far from attractions”

My stay was ok, was far from downtown Miami and beaches, room was ok but not great, shower didn't drain when i took a shower and no business center.

Amazing staff”

Great Stay and the lady that checked us in that night was very nice and very helpful. She gave a list of restaurants and gave very clear instructions on how the hotel Ida operating due to the pandemic. I also didn’t hear one airplane and we were literally right next to the airport. If they had a pool it would be absolutely perfect but overall a great experience.

Motel type of hotel”

The room we stayed deluxe king size bed was small and the air conditioning was wall to the floor kind and was very noisy. We only stayed one night because we were going to a cruise next day. If I had to travel around Miami that hotel would not be my choice. Front desk people were rude but breakfast area people had an excellent service.

Generally good but a bit noisy surroundings”

Stayed 2 nights. Everything was OK, but the noises from airplane and road traffic can be a little bit annoying, especially you're on a vacation. Nice hotel if you're on business, but if you want to enjoy your vacation, hotels nearby to the beaches may be better option.

Wifi disaster”

The wifi did not work during stay, very disapointment for the price. Other amenities like breakfast, daily cleaning was not available either because the covid-19. Staff was kindness, bed comfortableand spacious bedroom.

One night stay”

We needed one night stay prior to cruise departure. This got the job done and the breakfast was reasonable. I would stay here again for a similar one-night situation.

The room had a moldy smell for my entire stay . I wasn’t reimbursed or accommodated in any form of way.

Mala experiencia”

Primero que nada, en fotos se ve bien, pero está muy viejo y descuidado, decía que el desayuno estaba incluído y el traslado al aeropuerto en la tarifa de $74. Nunca especificó en su página que por el Covid 19 esos servicios estaban suspendidos. Aparte que me preguntaron en la pagina a que a que hora llegaba y puse que temprano, tampoco se especificó que si entraba antes de las 3pm me iban a cobrar $25 extra. Es decir terminé pagando$112. Y lo peor ha sido que me DEBITARON de mi tarjeta por la madrugada, primero $8,60 y luego $1. Métodos que utilizan los clonadores para a la tercera hacer consumo grande. Gracias a Dios el banco me pidió aprobación y no llegaron a la tercera transacción. No me siento segura, ya quiero que amanezca y salir de aquí.

空港でホテルのシャトルバスを待つ間に、何回もHoliday Inn の看板を付けたシャトルバスが来たが、holiday inn express ではないと言われた。即ちマイアミ空港近辺には数箇所のHoliday Inn が存在するので、紛らわしい。
