Location Location”
Reasonably priced for the location. Rooms are large, quiet and super dark for good sleeping. Having option of onsite parking was a must, for the location and parking - very reasonably priced.

Over all good place to stay. Clean comfortable bed, room and bathroomwindow did open and room had heating and air-conditioning. The room was a little tired decoratively. Kettle, tea, coffee,little milks and sugar provided.we asked for top ups at reception. Lift from underground carpark to all hotel levels. Wierd carparking arrangement on first come first served bases. If you are lucky enough to get parked and then leave, you may not get parked on return which is irksome. No numbered allocated parking spaces with only 20 spaces for about 40 rooms. Costs £13 per night, refunded if you cannot park on return. Reasonably quiet at night with very faint traffic noise. Easy walking distance to the Castle and main shopping area if you are able bodied. Breakfast was buffet style, help yourself. Cereals, fruit compote , plain yoghurt, toast, presverves, butter pastries .Teas , coffee, apple and orange juice. Cooked selection of bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, and baked beans. Also a fill yourself breakfast bap to take with you if you do not have time to eat. Soy milk and vegan things on request. We would stay there agsin.

Pleasant stay with sufficient breakfast”
The staff was very friendly and helpful. When we ordered the Windsor Castle tickets online, the lady at the front desk was very eager to help to print them out for us without any charge. The location was only 15 minutes short walk to Windsor Castle. The atmosphere of the reception area was warm, not overly high class, but very comfortable. If you have two children staying in the same room, you might like to ask for a room with double sofa bed. Overall, we were happy that we stayed at Holiday Inn Express in Windsor.

Excellent staff, Close to shops and transport”
The hotel is located within a few minutes walk to local shops and restaurants. A 10 minute walk will get you to the Train station for trips to London. Windsor Castle is a 10 minute walk away. The staff are excellent and very helpful. The rooms are modern and clean.

It was a nice hotel to stay in the area of Windsor. Very comfortable room given the reasonable price. It had a good breakfast every morning and the service level of the staff was impeccable. Made us felt very welcomed.

Good stay. Took a long time for the staff to check us in, spending lots of time looking at computer and also issue on check out was part of payment had not ben transmitted. Apart from that was good hotel, very clean and quiet, great for families with young children. Within walking distance of Windsor castle if you don't mind walking and for young families if you have a pram.

Value for money”
It was a pleasant stay in a very small room. Breakfast was the usual eggs, toast, etc - not exciting but OK. Staff were unaware of Agoda's existence which was an issue at check out time but it all got sorted quickly and efficiently. To be honest, this is a good basic hotel with no frills but no high price tag either.

Good value and nice room”
I stayed 5 nights at this hotel, and I would return if I ever visit Windsor again. A short walk from the central parts of Windsor, aprox. 10 min to the castle. A quite new hotel, with nice rooms and nice staff. Breakfast was standard English breakfast buffet.

Spanking new hotel, with friendly staff”
Checking in was breeze, the receptionist was very helpful. Our room was ready and waiting with the sofa bed already made up for us. The gentle blue light in the bathroom was a nice touch, preventing the blinding on those late night calls of nature. The double shower was also a nice touch. Just a couple of minor quibbles - we only received two towels and the mattress on the main bed lacked support resulting in some roll together. But overall a lovely stay.

In general, it is good stay. Just one thing, they have charge me when I check in, I have to inform them to refund, w/ the refund, since currency difference (HKD vs UK Pounds), I have some lost (~£20)!
