Had to change rooms because the room was not clean, no toiletpaper. We got an upgrade and that room was nice but the bathroom sink was clogged. The room keys did not work twice during the stay. There is no breakfast, because there is an issue with the kitchen. Room service every 5 days is ridiculous.

I enjoyed everything except for the fact that house keeping knocked on my door around 9:30 /10:00 and check out wasn’t until 12:00

Breakfast option, small rooms ”
If you pay online for breakfast you only get a little sandwich and anything else you want you have to buy another breakfast like any hot food they have. Ladies at the front desk were great the beds were comfy but small rooms for what you have to pay they take a $50 deposit on top of room rent every night they did give it back after but just expect to be paying extra at first no smoking rooms so if you get your room online and choose the option there is t an option at the hotel. Never got to use the pool because they had it locked all day because the day maintenance guy just didn't do it even after he was told to by staff then the night guy opened it at 9pm and it closes at 10pm

Nice design of atrium lobby area. Peaceful. Good restaurant up top on 6 th floor, but many others within a 3 minute drive

Exceeded Expectations”
Nice facility, with good staff and overall appeal. Clean from the entrance to the room. Good sound deadening in the room. As a person with neck and back issues I found the King bed to be very comfortable. Also king size pillows with an option for different levels of density and loft. I will stay there the next time i'm in Ocala.

five star facility, going back again in two weeks but I will not use Agoda. They never answered my emails about the reservation I had to deal with hotel direct and was cheaper. I purchased a two queen non-smoking and once there Agoda had me in a standard room one bed but after paying more we received the room we asked for. If Agoda would have answer at least one email I could have been satisfied.
