Worst hotel staff ever !!! ”
Got a hotel for me and a friend...., another friend came to our hotel room for drinks because they said we had to put £50 behind the bar to get served a drink... So was in our room for at most 1hour then the staff knocked on the door and said the room was only for 2 people and said we had to leave.. My friend said don't worry he will leave but the staff would not have it and said we all had to leave and wouldn't give me a refund because we booked through agoda. Contacted agoda and they contacted hotel and they lied saying we open the fire exit door which we didn't and they was not prepared to give me a refund even tho on the night the said they would all this for drinking in a room with 1 extra person which I done in ever hotel I've ever stayed in.... Basically the staff are the most unreasonable people I've ever met and liars and to be honest a bit retarded.... But oh well just won't be using holiday inn or agoda again 😃😉

I think the hotel is overpriced. I wouldn't call it 4 star either, 3 star is about right. Breakfast is the same everyday - dont expect anything fancy. its typical full english buffet and sone bread and cereal and fruits. thats it

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Is within walking distance to local shops and it was easy to catch a bus to Bexlyheath the main shopping area which was only ten minutes bus ride away.

I stayed at the Holiday Inn, London-Bexley in November 2009 and will be staying there again in December 2009. It is ideally located for Greenwich university, where I am an associate student. It is also an excellent base from which to travel into London. The staff are helpful and courteous. The rooms are very comfortable and have the usual hotel room items which make your stay more homely. It was quiet at night, so sleeping was undisturbed. My room was clean and bright. Breakfast was not included in my booking (which I was not aware of until checking in) and was expensive. The food for breakfast was, however, of high quality and the waiting staff were helpful and kind. I enjoyed my stay and look forward to staying there againl.
