Need to improve on basic offerings”

Holiday Inn Brent Cross is located close to the London Underground Brent Cross Station but difficult to walk there due to traffic conditions and station not visible. The shuttle service took care of this though. There is a large shopping mall Brent Cross Shopping Centre nearby and that's about it. Cristina, Simon and Andre were helpful, although I did have some issues with Agoda, which I would address separately. The room was comfortable but we are surprised that we are not able to watch England's national sports (soccer) as there is no Skysports channel. This is also one of the few hotel chains that still limit wifi usage timing but I guess there are pros and cons here. Reception did provide for all devices I requested for though. Keep up the good work Holiday Inn Brent Cross staff!

good location”

the hotel was well situated as i drove to london and meant i did not have to drive into central london as the hotel provided a free shuttle bus to the nearest tube station at brent cross.which was very handy as the olypics were on during my stay.the room was spacious and well equipped.the huge shopping centre of brent cross was a short walk from the hotel providing many many shops.the restaurant at the hotel was very nice and the food excellent if a little pricey all in all though an excellent hotel.

Four of us, two couples came to London to attend a wedding and preferred to drive down. The hotel was situated at the start of the M1 and was easy to find with adequate secure parking. We had excellent service at reception and found the staff very helpful. The rooms were comfortable and the restaurant food was good as was the service though an extra bottle of wine was on the restaurant bill. This was removed when the error was pointed out. There is a tube station nearby and a complimentary shuttle service between the hotel and tube. We all agreed that we would stay there again.

Excellent location and friendly staff especially Simon at the reception. The hotel courtesy bus is most convenient for the shopping centre and London Underground station.

Good solid hotel a few minutes walk from the Tube”

We had a very efficient and comfortable stay here while attending social events and then having a slow day in London. The hotel was clean, the bed was comfortable and the whole thing very good value for money.

EXPERIENCE AT HOLIDAY INN”

For years - they are one of the few holiday Inns to charge for car park. There are no adequate trollies to take bags upstairs. Only trolley they have is never returned to lobby and one can just get into the lift but the doors are narrow so its a struggle to get it through with suitcases

Nice Hotel, very helpful staff”

Easy to find, reasonable price on agoda compared to the standard rate. Friendly, helpful staff. Comfortable room. Even offer a shuttle to the local train station.

Shuttle service promised had funny hours that wasn't convenient hence the drivers were always sitting doing nothing! I chose holiday inn mainly because of their shuttle service I was only able to use that facility one time in my entire one week stay. Their staff were great though but the whole facility is run down. I went through Agoda so my room was pre paid if I didn't go through Agoda I would have checked out the next day. The whole building is old, carpet was very dirty and the room had a stale smell

Great our stay was comfortable and we were very grateful that they gave us a room few hours earlier when we requested and they came to know we had arrived from a long flight, almost 24 hours journey.

it was a very good stay with a lovely and friendly receiptionest. i founf everything in a good condition, quite and as i request. i suggest to any one who is traveling for a small business trip.

We stayed here about 13 days . We 're so boring about breakfast. Shoud change the menu such as spagetti and chinese food.
