Great hotel and friendly atmosphere”
first and foremost a huge thanks to agoda for living up to their reputation in being reliable and efficient! check-in was smooth and we had no problems with any of our reservations. one reason we decided to stay at this hotel was because we did not want to risk missing our early morning flight. check in was smooth. funny thing happened during check in though. i asked one of the receptionists if there were any asian restaurants nearby and she gave me a funny look then proceeded to turn to her colleague and ask him the same question. it was funny because she was obviously of asian descent. heh. anyways, we had booked a room for 3, but when we got into the room, there was only one queen sized bed. we called housekeeping and asked for an extra bed, and one guy arrived a few mins later and proceeded to set it up. big thanks for that. typical hotel room, with everything a 4star hotel has. very comfy beds. be sure to try out the sampan restaurant. the food was great, and service was even better. breakfast was delightful. plenty of selections and the staff were friendly. opposite the gym is a small shop, where you can buy anything from munchies to bags and souveniers. apart from that, the hotel offers shuttle buses to and from heathrow where you can buy your tickets at the lobby or from the bus driver. we stayed there for one night but would definitely return again! thanks holiday inn!

Convenient clean ad comfortable with good service”
conveniently located in the heathrow area, the hotel is a good option for anyone travelling into london.. shuttles to the airport help connect with buses to london and also to the underground that makes it convenient to travel into central london. the rooms are big and comfortable, food is good and service is friendly. bathrooms and toiletries ate basic but clean and not such a problem.

A very convenient airport hotel”
We booked this hotel as we had a 5am start the next day, and the hotel is on the route of an airport bus which starts its service at 4.19am; it costs £5 each for a one way trip to Heathrow Airport Terminals. We had an excellent and quiet room on the 10th floor which had a pretty amazing vista. The room was well equipped and immaculately cleaned. Check-in and check-out were both handled with efficiently,, but please be please be aware that we did not receive our booked 4am alarm call, fortunately we had a back-up! I would nevertheless wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

efficiient to stay en route”
The hotel is efficient as possible for the travellers to or from Heathrow. There are frequent buses from all terminals. Very very big, enormous hotel, hundreds of rooms, so it's practically not possible to find no vacancies. The rooms are comfortable and functional. The state of the hotel is also good, not at all run down. I didn't have breakfast, but for dinner there are many opportunities, 3 restaurants if I remember correctly. Hamburger in the Irish one was good. The room was extremely cold (16 C), the airco/heater was set to 26, but blew cold air. I most probably could have asked for another room, but it was midnight, my flight was early next morning, so I didn't bother.

great location near to heathrow airport, just 5 minutes by car. the green motion car rental is located in the hotel complex which is convenient to visitors plan for car rental. lobby lounge is cosy with good service, food & beverage. hotel staff are friendly and helpful. will stay at the holiday inn m4 j4 for my next visit.

Hotel is close to heathrow airport where you can take the hotel shuttle bus at 5 pound/ person. Free shuttle bus to hounslow and central london near to gloucester sta. Rooms are clean and with sofa bed .Staffs were friendly and very accomodating. Car. Rentsl just infront of the hotel.

i was transiting from cambridge to london. didnt want to venture into london city centre but chose to stay around heathrow area. found holiday inn pretty convenient location to stay in. place is clean and quiet.

Not what I expected”
The hotel is very close to Heathrow, and has a large beautiful lobby with multiple restaurants and bars. After such a great first impression, I expected great things. Unfortunately, things did not go as expected from there. My hotel room was a good size, and comfortable, but the bathroom seemed outdated, with a small narrow bath tub with a curtain. There was no free internet business center as other chains offer. The hotel tried to charge me 7 pounds for simply connecting me to an international operator so I could make a collect call home, after I specifically asked the front desk how to call collect, and have no charge. The management did remove the fee as a courtesy, which I did appreciate. The biggest disappointment came when the Pan Asian restaurant that I was so looking forward to trying, turned out to be closed on Sundays, my only night in the hotel. If you're mainly concerned with having a good nights sleep near Heathrow, and not concerned with the extras, then it's a totally fine hotel.

I use this Holiday Inn as it has a car rental company attached and is extremely convenient. However do allow more time than you think to get to the airport on the Hoppa busses!

Location”
I have stayed at several Holiday Inn's before so knew what to expect however my IHG internet connection did not work, the guest internet did not work until I had a discussion with the iT desk. How hard is it to connect an iPad, iPhone 6 and Samsung edge to the Internet @ holiday inn difficult. The room was clean however the bed was very uncomfortable more like a bed base than 4 star bed .....so overall not good

Short stay but made sleeping easy. ”
The stay was very short (check in 00:30, out by 06:30) but once in the room, the stay was comfortable and very easy to get sleep. Unfortunately, the first room I was offered hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest had checked out. I returned to reception and was quickly move to another room and a porter was sent o help move the bags. It was by this time about 1am, but the person on the dark could have been a bit more apologetic rather than just bemused. If I had one gripe, it would be the impersonal feeling to my stay. I didn't feel like a valued guest but this could be to the fact I only engaged with 2 night staff and my stay wasn't long enough to get a good measure of how the hotel really treat or value guests. I would stay again due to the convenience of the Heathrow location and Greenmotion car rental whom I've used twice now. As a combination it is good partnering solution.

There is more than one Holiday Inn at Heathrow”
We had difficulty getting to this Holiday Inn. The directional signage was not simple. We spent ages trying to get there, we could see it but couldn't get to it from the motorway. time wasted Suggest easy if using shuttle bus awkward if arriving by car. Also there is more than one Holiday Inn at the airport and we found that confusing too.

True to its reputation as being a 'Holiday Inn' hotel, it is warm and comfortable. However, given the price, it should be better. There is no free internet, which is a shame given the fact that almost all hotels have free internet nowadays.

Standard Holiday Inn, reliable, close to Heathrow”
Was a one night stay prior to a flight from terminal 3. No problems at all, was a completely standard Holiday Inn and therefore reliable. The rooms were comfortable, clean and warm and the bathroom was fine; they were not overly modern though. We didnt eat in the restaurant, the service was good.

Great location for Heathrow Airport T5”
We stayed here overnight for an early flight from Heathrow and it was a very clean hotel and with efficient staff. We noticed some of the airline staff use it too which says a lot. The room was a lovely size and the wi-fi signal was good. We enjoyed the food in the cafe bar area. Would stay here again.
