Safe bet”
It’s a nice hotel in a quiet and safe but central location. A couple of minutes to Great Portland st tube station, 5 to Warren st , 7 to goodge st . Rooms are small but adequate. Staff very good, and if the price is right it is a great place to stay.

The location is good. It is just a few minutes walk to a few tube stations. My flight arrived in the early morning and thanks to the staff who let me check-in earlier. Breakfast has limited choices but it is ok if you just stay for 1-2 nights. The room is clean but the toilet is a bit old and small. The water pressure of the shower is low, only refillable shampoo and body soup are provided.

Convenient location. Value for money!”
We had an event to attend in central London and was searching for a place that offered convenient access to our event venue and the major attractions and shopping areas of London at a decent price without compromising on comfort. And that's exactly what we found at Holiday in London - Regent's Park. To add to it all, the staff was courteous and helpful, especially the concierge, who made an effort to get to know our requirements personally and offered a helping hand whenever we needed it. A big thank you for keeping us comfortable during a memorable trip to London!

Perfect located hotel in quiet area”
Hotel was very good, perfect location only 8 minutes from Oxford street. Resturants and Starbucks is only 30 sekunds away from the hotel. Regents park is probebly the nicest garden in London and it only takes 5 minutes to come to it PERFECT ! Next time we wwill go to London we will stay here again.

business computer center totally downhill now....plus they screw you on different room prices every night...you can get food and beverages in the hotel bar all night....blocks away from a great pub and from the Underground....safe in the room....stayed in a lot of London hotels, by far the best for the price

We have stayed in Holiday inn and we got 2 separate bed became one but its often be separated so I sometimes fell from the bed, and the 2nd day we got only 1 towel

good location from tube station ”
All staff friendly and helpful, After an evening at the theatre it was nice to sit in a comfy chair and relax with a drink, In the morning i had not booked a breakfast we fancied one there was lots of choice from cooked to fresh fruit and the coffee cup kept topped up, On check out staff excelent did we need a taxi and was every thing to our liking, Yes it was will use this hotel again on out next trip to london,

All in all, we were very pleased with the hotel and will definitely use it again next time we visit London. Great value for money, great breakfast and location. Close to two Underground stations and 10 min walk to Oxford St. A local Sainsbury just around the corner. We highly recommend this hotel.

Great location, not very helpful receptionists”
The location was very handy, and room was of a good standard that you would expect of a Holiday Inn. However, when I tried to check in, my Agoda booking had not shown the payment transaction and so receptionist asked me to pay again. I refused saying that I'd definitely paid, I said I had an appointment and would return in 2 hours time, and could she please investigate the matter in the mean time? When I returned the matter had not been looked into and so I was asked to wait in reception for a further hour. In the end I called Agoda from my phone and handed it to them to sort the issue. 5 minutes later I was in my room. I would have expected reservations and reception departmeny to be more proactive and helpful. Fortunately the concierge was a charming and helpful guy and compensated for his colleagues shortfall.

Holiday Inn London Regent's Park”
As with any hotel in London that's relatively close to the center, this hotel is small-ish with just OK service: 1. The executive rooms are useless because they're basically the same size as the normal room, they just give you free water, a robe, a bar of chocolate, some toiletries. 2. Internet is pricey. 3. Breakfast is not so good with the price.

+good location: easy walk to Oxford street, bus stop and tube s couple mins walk away +staff are nice and friendly +breakfast was good, though the same good served every day -room was small, though expected for Central London

Nice hotel 3 mints walk to the tube station, close to restrunts and café's , great location, the also was very clean , and the stuff were very friendly and helpful, only one con for me that the room was very very small if u have more than 2 medium bags you wont be able to walk in the room. Other than that the hotel is great

Good location, it being London, but no Parking!”
Fairly standard central London hotel, but be warned! There is no free parking with the Hotel - there is an NPC next door, but you will have to pay for it, which seemed unclear on the listing, in my opinion.
