Christmas Staycation at Holiday Inn Galeria”
Had a wonderful time with the safe and clean facilities and hospitality of the staff. Love the elegance and homelike feeling of the rooms. Food is superb. Definitely a favorite place of mine.

We had an enjoyable stay”
It was our first time to be in a Holiday Inn and we had a great experience. This particular Holiday Inn is very convenient since it's right beside the mall. Our kids enjoyed the playroom located just right beside their FAB restaurant. They have a friendly staff too.

Good for work, but bacon is not crispy”
Hotel style is old (lots of dark wood furnishings) but well maintained. I stayed here to focus on completing a project deadline and head to a work meeting at a nearby mall the next day. I got everything done and I was even able to take a soak in their bathtub to relax afterward. It's an older style but it was well kept and did not gradually lose its water unlike other bathtubs in other hotels. My only complaint is that the bacon they serve for breakfast is not crispy! Other than that, I will be coming back whenever I have deadlines and meetings to catch in the area.

Wonderful and stress free weekend stay”
My siblings and I had a most wonderful stay here. We came from a morning flight and accomodated our early check in request without any hassle. All the staff (from the security to the front desk - thanks Rose and Alexis! , to the housekeeping team) were so kind and accomodating. We were always greeted with their cheerful and smiling faces and these added to our stress free weekend stay. Thanks!

Nice staycation place”
We stayed in the two-bedroom suite coz we want a large space where we can be with my parents. The rooms were huge and lovely with picture windows everywhere. The ensuite in the master's bedroom has a beautiful bathtub separate from the shower area plus a separate urinal. However, the living area was so drab looking. There was just one small sofa and a table. Some decorations like paintings and figurines would have spruce up the place. Although there were four of us, we were only provided with 2 bottled water. Bathroom amenities were also very basic - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and toothbrush set. Buffet breakfast was good though. I chose this hotel because of the access to Galleria Suites. It was very convenient to just go to the mall anytime we want to. The gym was open 24/7 so it was a plus. We didn't visit the pool. The staff were nice. Prior to our arrival, i called to request for an early check in. Although they couldn't accommodate us immediately since the room was still occupied, Angel made sure to call me once it was ready. That was really appreciated.

Not as expected, but generally okay.”
I've experienced staying at this hotel for work pre-pandemic and I must say I enjoyed those times. It's why I was excited to let my family experience a staycation here to celebrate my and my mom's birthday. There were 4 of us in the family. The location is convenient and they have lots of available parking. It also has direct access to the mall. We arrived an hour earlier than should-be check-in and I was very glad they were already able to accommodate us and let us check in early. They checked our vaccination cards and IDs which I appreciated because it meant they still take the pandemic seriously. When we arrived at the room, I had to request for additional toiletries and towels because the ones available are only for 2 people. We liked the room, it was spacious and the view was nice as well. There were some issues though. The sofa felt like it was about to break down and didn't feel clean(?). The bidet had damage when I checked upon arriving but it still worked all right at first (there is another story to this). Some of the outlets weren't working, and there was only 1 light switch for all the lights. I know it's kind of an old hotel, but still felt they could have done more for the price. The bathroom was nice and we had a bathtub. However, then I was in the tub at night, the bidet suddenly broke and water splashed everywhere and it just kept flowing. This interrupted my bath, obviously. Take note it was in the middle of the night, and if I weren't in the bathroom then, we wouldn't know it broke. We called for assistance and they were quick to respond, but they just replaced the bidet and apologized. Thankfully, no more other bathroom issues after that. But that sure was stressful. In the morning, we went to have breakfast and it was a really good one. We liked our options and we really felt satisfied. One last issue we encountered was a leak in the cabinet where we put stuff, so my mom's bag got kind of wet. We understood that there are renovations goin

All is good except below details”
I will not come back and stay in this hotel again. In fact all is good except I have to change the room and even though this still happening. The hotel is using the very strong cleaning that smell like thinner and it is impossible to get rid of the smell that make me headach and wake me up during the night. Staffs were very helpful and nice however with this cleaning what ever that they use is hamful to you definately. So I won't be back to stay here again, very unfortunate as in fact it is very conveinent in location.

Great location with so many things to do in the area. Hotel staff very accommodating and attentive to your needs. Beds are clean and comfortable with soft and firm pillows. Rooms are very spacious. Comfortable stay”
I always love staying in holiday Inn. Aside from thr very strategic location because it's connected to a mall where we can get all our needs, it's also near specific locations that I have to go to during our stay. Rooms are spacious. airconditioning is in perfect condition. The only difference was that the toiletries are in pump bottles already not the small.packets like before. Nevertheless, it served it's purpose. My nephew and nieces had a great time in the pool and the bath tub. Staff is very helpful especially with lending us a wheelchair to go around the mall because we have a senior companion. The reception also gladly arranged lunch for us in xin tian di the next day for lunch. Since we got an adjoining room, staff was also very helpful in filling what is lacking in the room amenities like towels and pillows. Thank you!

Nice hotel. My tip is to book a room at the high floors so your view is not the rooftop og Galleria. Also, I hope the pool water is maintained well. It looks shady, not clear already.
