Outstanding value for Disney Vacation”
After researching Orlando hotels for over 2 weeks, I finally decided on this hotel. I am so pleased with my selection and rate the hotel 5 out of 5 for the following reasons: 1) The hotel was renovated relatively recently and still has a brand new feel to it. Further, it is spotlessly clean and very well maintained. 2) The staff (receptionists, housekeeping, breakfast servers, valet parking attendants, etc.) are exceptionally good at looking after customers and are polite, friendly, and helpful. Hats off to the manager or others that trained them so well and help keep standards so high. 3) The hotel is on Disney property yet costs so much lower than the Disney owned properties. One also gets 60 days access to Disney's FastPass Plus for reserving rides (Vs. the standard 30 days) and the hotel offers convenient bus-shuttles to the Disney theme parks every half an hour. 4) The hotel has a gym, pool, and hot tub; many rooms have balconies overlooking the pool area so you feel serene.

Quick trip to Orlando, Dec. 2020”
It’s been several years since my last stay at any Holiday Inn, this past week I spent along my mother and son 4 fantastic days, we had a marvelous stay, cleaning and disinfection are beyond standard measures, we felt very secure on that aspect...also I would like to express my gratitude to Brian Retus., Guest Service Supervisor for his attentions and professionalism also Angela at the front desk, our housekeeper, Zulay and everyone involved that put their best to make the best possible to every single guest to arrive to Holiday Inn Disney Springs...Happy Holidays🎄

Great experience, definitely recommend!”
Convenient shuttles every half an hour - just be sure to check on whether that particular shuttle goes to the park you wish to before you hop on, otherwise just wait a couple minutes more for the next one. Also remember to double confirm with the hotel reception/shuttle bus driver on the bus bay for return pick up as they do change sometimes. Walk to disney springs is also rather near, and the hotel provides shuttle there too after 6pm if memory serves me well. I accidentally left my shirt behind and Ms Christina Peck was extremely helpful and went out of her way to make sure I get my parcel in time despite a screw up on the courier side. Other than that the rest of the staff were friendly and helpful - made us feel very welcome on the property. The entire stay was very comfortable and enjoyable and we will definitely return the next time we visit again.

Best surprise”
We stay at Holiday Inns a lot when we travel. This is by far the nicest and friendliest. The only complaint I have, there was no info that I would have to pay for parking. I didn't mind paying. Just would have liked a warning. Overall, we will be going back here. It was awesome and close to all things Disney!

the price was awesome. right down the street from disney springs although no transportation to the parks at this time it was still easy enough to use a uber. will be using them again in the future with the kids vs staying on property like originally planned. my kids will love the pool!

Good value, service and location”
This hotel is conveniently located near the Disney Springs area, within walking distance to many restaurants. Staff are polite and helpful. Good choice over a Disney hotel if you prefer something that is value for money. Disney parks are just a short drive away and it is easy to get an Uber around this location. Was given a balcony room with nice views of the fireworks at Disney Springs too. Only thing I did not like was the shuttle bus to the parks - they come at 30mins interval and can get unpredictable especially in the morning when everyone is heading to the parks. Though using Uber can be a good alternative to the shuttle bus if you wouldn't mind paying a little more to skip the wait.

Love this place”
We love this Holiday Inn. It’s just a short walk over to Disney Springs. There is a shuttle to the parks. The staff is friendly and accommodating. Plus, you get a free drink from the bar and free bottled water in your room. Beds are comfy. There are lots of USB ports for charging everything you have. The 2 times we’ve stayed here have been short trips so we still haven’t had a chance to check out the pool , but it sure looks really inviting. Will definitely be staying here again.

We had a great 6 day stay at Holiday Inn Disney Springs. The room was big and beds comfortable. Quick walk to Disney Springs. You get early entry into the parks, bus transportation to the parks, 2 bottles of water per day, free cofee in the morning and free lemonade and cookies between 4 and 6. I think it is time for the restaurant to open again.

Room cleaning service and busses to Disney”
The attitude of the room cleaning maids was unacceptable. Didn’t clean room until 4 pm, we returned to rest between 3 and 5 , they kept knocking to clean with a nasty attitude, no rest. The bus to Disney was over one half hour late, and over full, messing up our plans to arrive there early. Front desk compensated cancelling resort fees, nice but but plans still ruined.

This hotel is conveniently located very near (10 mnts walk) to disney spring area which has a tons of option for food, entertainment, nightlife & shopping. It also has the biggest disney store in the world. The room is spacious and clean, however the bathroom is a little small. Distance to disney parks is also near. They provide a shuttle which operated every 30 mnts to disney parks

Awesome hotel with great service”
Choose this hotel after reading reviews online. Was not disappointed by it. The rooms were spacious and clean and comfortable to stay in. Location was also good and shuttle buses just outside the door steps of the hotel allow easy access to the theme parks and downtown Disney areas. Overall was very pleased with the hotel and would recommend it future visitors to Walt Disney World.
