Great Location”

we enjoy our stay here in this hotel. quick pick up from the airport, the shuttle's driver is friendly. the moment we enter the hotel premises up to the room, the smell is nice. we did not smell any cigarette smoke. the room size is big enough for a couple to move freely and breathe. there's a free newspaper. what about the free breakfast. bingo, real breakfast. you can relax eating your breakfast because you had a choice. we were able to get a military discount also.

lovely hotel with very good service staff”

i love this hotel. frist of all, the shuffle driver is awesome. i was there for a business trip and instead i have to get a taxi all the time. the hotel shuffle would take me to meet my client and even drove me back to the hotel afterward. he is so kind. all the hotel staff are very friendly and helful. the manager is very nice as well. the room is clean with nice tv stations to select. i would go back and stay there again and agian. oh the resturtant is awesome, great food and fast service.

It was average”

It was ok. Staff were friendly but had to wait a long time, like 2 hours till our room was ready. Also, they had not heard about Agoda.com apparently and didn't know whether I had made payment directly to Agoda.com, which again wasted plenty of time. Also room service and access to food at all times is a serious issue but there are walking distance places like ihop etc. All in all, it was ok and close to the airport so that is plus as well as it has shuttle service to downtown.

Disappointing, ”

We were rudely treated by the Manager of the Hotel who chose to ignore the voucher shown upon check in. We were told we had breakfast only for 2 people and gave us a room which the manager upon checking out told us was not suitable for the 4 of us. We are truly disappointed with the hotel staff of the evening we arrived. Upon leaving the hotel, the staff of the morning shift tried to resolve the isssues caused by the evening staff. The hotel is undergoing refurbishments and it was untidy.

Recommended hotel for every type of traveller ”

The breakfast was very good. Kids could eat free. The staff was very courteous.

Nice with large room”

This was a nice room and it was very comfortable. The hotel is in a good central location and close to all the entertainment areas.

Cleanliness”

This hotel was not clean . I found a roach in my room. The had a sign in the front stating that they were in the process of taking care of the carpet. However, everywhere you walked, the carpet was extremely dirty. Even in the room. It had a smell to it. Also, there were dirty towels and sheets next to the ice machine in the hallway when you get off of the elevator. This hotel was not clean at all.

Not bad. Checkin was a nightmare. Had to wait a couple of hours till the room was ready and also they were not sure if Agoda pays them or we do. It took a while to sort that.

Suffisant pour quelques nuits”

Suffisant pour quelques nuits dans le secteur. Tres proche de l'aeroport, 10min en voiture du centre. Ne convient pas vraiement pour des vacanciers, la piscine est vraiment petite et entre 4 murs, l'hotel aurait bien besoin d'un refraichissement, le confort n'est pas du luxe mais suffisant pour le prix qui reste un bon rapport/qualité - sans plus -
