having visited Preston when purchasing a new car we wanted to return to explore and wanted to stay the night, looking at the Holiday inn we thought we would try out , we where not disappointed . what a tidy clean well run hotel this is with excellent caring staff from the reception to the bar staff and housekeeping, nothing is too much trouble for customer satisfaction. the only small negative is that the rooms tend to be hot in this weather but a fan and air con is available (ours was a bit noisy when even off) we would def return when again in the area and will seek out for Holiday inn on our travels..

Short Visit”
It was brilliant. I have no complaints at all as all very smooth from the time of check in to departure. Hotel is very clean, centrally located and staff were great. If you need to be in the centre of Preston it is a brilliant option.

Don’t let the outside put you off!”
The outside of the hotel is a little austere and the car park very small but inside it is a different world. The hotel has been recently renovated with relaxing colour schemes and decor. The bar and restaurant area is of a good size and easy going. The staff were all very friendly and welcoming and extremely helpful. The rooms are also recently renovated to a high standard with very comfortable beds, air conditioning and good bath/shower room. The hotel is located next to the bus station with easy access to the town centre.

Hello, This hotel was very beautifully styled and the cleanliness was perfect in our room. The situation was not so far away from the center. I will stay again there next time I visit Preston.

Nice clean hotel in ideal position for the bus station or the guildhall which is three or four minutes away pretty lively later on as well with plenty of pubs /clubs only complaint i’d have about the hotel is you cannot but any hot food later on such as pizza , chips they tell you to order it in from elsewhere and pick it up at reception

central location, big windows, clean”
Central location, big windows, hotel is clean. Room size is ok. Parking is so limited and it's on a fist come first service basis. most of the people don't get the parking spot, and have to pay £4 to park opposite to the hotel at the bus depot, which is very inconvenient.

My booking was not registered at Holiday Inn! I have to call Agoda uk and being put on hold for 10 mins while waiting for agoda to reconfirm the booking!

Overflow car parking is an add on when you get there. It is discounted but still a pain as it is on the 9th floor of a multi-storey car park.

Hôtel un peu éloigné de la gare ferroviaire mais idéalement situé par rapport à la gare routière. Literie de fort bonne qualité et petit déjeuner copieux. Personnel chargé de l'entretien très prévenant.
