Was only allowed to have half an hour in the swimming pool. Our son was most upset as he’d been looking forward to be going swimming for a while. When asked why I was told that’s the time slots allowed on weekend evenings. Not on their website anywhere.

I was disappointed to find that in a family room there was just a tiny bit of shower gel for the 4 of us! When I tried to call Reception and the cleaning staff in the morning I didn't get an answer and had to go there. I was told someone will bring it over but by the time we checked out no one had turned up! The general cleanliness in the room could be better. The extractor fan in the bathroom wasn't working and you see mold starting to build up. Considering how much we paid , I felt it wasn't value for money. The only thing we enjoyed was the breakfast and the children enjoyed the pool.

The room was a nice size, the bathroom was clean, the bed was super comfy and the breakfast was cooked to perfection, it's very rare for me to give 5 stars on all of the questions.

I spent 8days there first day chicken left already eaten in the room horrible spell ask for spray completely ignored me second day no cleaning done Thursday toilet flush reported it 2 times before they fixed it and again wanted to clean my room 530 in the evening so for 3 nights I cleaned my room allsothe man next door to me arrived 5 pm room not cleaned the cleaning staff told me the hotel was short of cleaners very disappointed I thought the hotel was more professional but I was sadly. wrong
