excellent option for summer visit in Tbilisi”
The hotel was a very good option. the rooms are nice, we could do early check-in at 9 a.m. and had good breakfast in the meantime. the rooms are nice - the pool area the absolute plus. A long lap pool with a lounge/bar/restaurant was perfect for hot summer days. 50 meters from the metro, it has excellent access to public transport. Taxis take you anywhere just outside on the street. if you are there in winter (and cannot use the wonderful pool area), your better bet may be a hotel in the city center if you are in Tbilisi to explore the city.

Nice hotel, clean with friendly staff. We got a free upgrade to business room with two free drinks at the hotel bar. One hour walking to the city centre, 15 min taxi. Casino in the hotel lobby open 24 hrs. Would stay here again.

Extremely Rude Hotel Staff in check in time ”
I have called the hotel before I travel from my contry and i asked them for transportation and they asked me to send email to the reception and i have sent email and when i arrived in the airport the transportation was not arranged ,I have called them but they said sorry we cant arranged it now ,I have taken taxi to the hotel and during the check in same staff was very rude with us ,and i have told her this is not the way to deal with the customer and that Im going to complet about it . the room was very small and hot the AC was not working and we coudnt open the window after we asked the room service which they arranged another room for us which was agood thing but still i will not stay in this hotel next time. additionally The price is quit high for Geogia

Enjoyed. Staff were very nice and helpful. Staff allowed us to check-in early for two reasons. One the hotel is not fully occupied and two they considered the family comfort. Very happy with the people, they are very cooperative in every aspect.

Its worst hotel in my life”
Never ever go to this hotel any more in any countries.... 3 times they open the door and come inside my room they dont care whos inside the room... they are saying 1 water per day...ac cooling was very bad... anything you order maximam 45 min to bring.... its even should not get 2 star .... breakfast very bad ....hot water for the tea was dirty and when i ask please bring from inside the kitchen they was moving hand and even when you tell to manager they are saying all the iranian is like that ... i dont know georgian poeple from ehich village they came to say something to iranian guess like that its very very very bad hotel at least learn from istanbul hotels.... and managment was under zero i dont know whos handeling this hitel no guard at the door even not helping for luggage never recomend this hotel even in other countries
