Great Place for when in Can Tho”
Entire venue was nicely appointed, well kept and clean. Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was very decent size, modern, clean, well equipped and amazing bed. The hotel is well situated in a kind of entertainment district, so really easy to just walk out the door and find something or be on the motorbike for a couple minutes to have access to whatever you want. Next time Im in Can Tho would definitely stay again.

I got the good deal for 01 night. So, appropriate price, good service, clean room, nice staff. I forgot my kid's bag. Hotel returned this bag right away in the next day and I did not pay any fee. I will book this hotel when I will go to Can Tho next time.

Awesome stay. Everything is perfect. The only complaint is the swimming pool is full of dust due to the renovation nearby and the fencing is very low. Not safe at all especially for children. Overall we really had a great stay.

Although they are altogether good above average, there are little things that don't make them Great. 4.5 stars. I am a returnee/even a regular (3 stays a year) - I wish they will try for that: to be Great. Location: 4.5 but it is up to personal choice. Cleanliness: 5!!, but sometimes the staff forgets to add the daily soap or extra roll of toilet paper or setup all the 4 pillows on the bed. Not really about cleanliness, but more about a 4.5 stars to the Focus of housekeeping. (or maybe I am too picky).

Location not in the city, need to take cab / grab to ferry terminal and can tho night market. Carpet smell is strong, old property. Good breakfast. Friendly housekeeper and receptionist. They speak limited English. Affordable price. Allow early check in. We reached around 9am and they allow us to check in the room and rest.

Book for a 3 nights stay with Agoda! This hotel do not offer early check in despite my request for it during my booking! I was charged 380.000 Vietnam for a 3 hours early check in. My room were smelly and toilet were stinky!

Very bad experience here, despite of a beautiful hotel”
To be fair, I was in a good deal to stay in this beautiful hotel in a functional and modern room. However, when I request an extra power outlet splitter (because I need two outlets but 1/2 is broken), they offered me a poor quality one. Which lead to a power blow, I was almost electrified and the room when black. I needed to change the room because its electricity was not functioning anymore. What's more, I explicitly book a big double bed room, but what I experienced was two small beds cover over by a sheet to disguised! Very professional indeed. Was I supposed to sleep in the ditch between?

Lost in translation. Cockroaches in room. Broken glass and bees in the pool area ”
Our deluxe room with city view was a room with a very small window to a building area with noise from 6.30 o’clock in the morning. And karaoke noise in the evening. Unfortunate we also found cockroaches in the room. The pool area was infected by a bees and broken glass. The staff could not speak any English and was not to any help.
