Great place, right next to the beach!”
Only recommendation is if you are traveling with children, make sure you book the suite upstairs away from the taco restaurant. They play music pretty much all night. We were fortunate to book a room upstairs and it was quiet and safe! We really enjoyed our stay and the staff was very helpful and friendly. It is walking distance to the boardwalk and there are many places to eat right on the beach. No car needed if you want to enjoy some time at the beach. We will be staying here again upon our next trip.

Quaint hotel half a block from boardwalk”
At this price, who could complain? The staff was polite and accommodating. The bikes, surfboards and chairs were free to use. The room was remodeled and very nice, the bathroom large and clean. The grounds and walkways were well cared for. If you want fancy, this isn't the place but if you want a comfortable room on the beach, stay here.

Read into the hotel before you BOOK!”
The location was amazing being right on the beach!! The room was always cleaned once we left for the day and I enjoyed coming back to a clean room . One thing that I didn’t not like as the hidden fees. I was not aware of all the extra hidden fees and that made me upset. The rooms look extremely spacious on the site and when you arrive the rooms are very tiny. Another hung disappointment is the security. Anyone could walk into the building. One thing that took me off guard was if u were to get things on the sheets “make up blood” .You were charged!!

The staff member was not nice at all.”
I had a problem with the room I requested to speak to a manager. I was told I have to wait so I did. The manager never came I waited in the lobby for an hour and a half. The manager never showed up. I never stayed at a hotel where there is no higher authority available to speak to the customer. the staff member never came over to advise me whether or not the manager was coming or not. I left very unhappy.

bathroom mirror fell off and hit my head while I was doing my makeup. rooms were so tiny. no kitchen area. you can hear through the walls. loud neighbors. not happy at all

Location, location! ”
Great experience overall! Extremely nice staff, reasonable resort fees & the location is fantastic. One minute walk to the beach. Excellent restaurant nextdoor. Looking for breakfast? 5 minute walk & you're eating in the water. Zero complaints. I'll definitely be back!

Deposit ”
We have stayed here before and loved it so we said why not come back again. Great price we thought. When I got there the front desk then tells me oh there will be a $100 PER DAY “deposit” I told them they should put something stating that information since an edition of $300 of spending was not really what we had in mind for a quick vacation. They then proceeded to advised us that there’s info stating of the charge, we have looked and nothing other than $100 deposit. Other than that expensive issue the place is great. Free towels, chairs, and even things to take to the beach to play with.

This hotel has bugs and the floors are cracked and I don't see how people even sleep there without checking the room.

It was really pretty.. nice size ! Bathroom a bit small and couldn’t get the water to stay in between … either scolding HOT or freezing ! So Yeap super suck! Otherwise I will definitely come back. Taco Shack restaurant on site was the Bomb ! Best tacos 🌮 ever !

Close to everything especially the beach”
Block n half away from the beach perfect area to walk around restaurants and shops all over a great place to get some R&R went solo was nice. Only down fall the tv was mainly ppv I wound recommend to bring a tablet or iPad. Plus there is a great Mexican restaurant connected to the hotel tacos to go definitely recommend it !

Vacation Travel”
My stay at the Hollywood Beach Suites was for four nights. I stayed in the regular queen room (smallest room) in the main building. The larger rooms may have more to offer. Let's start with what I thought was good. The location was perfect, it was a rocks throw from the beach and center of the boardwalk. The front desk staff was very friendly. The facility has a small restaurant with friendly service and good food. The free wifi worked well. The things I did not like. No towel or linen service, you have to take your towels to the front desk to exchange. Construction on the building next to our room every morning, was loud and caused the lights to flicker. Main building is very loud at night with young travelers. Cleanliness of the room was a 3 out of 5. My room was very small, they do have larger rooms which. The biggest con was you do not have control over the heating and air, it is controlled by the building operators. It can get very warm in the room and air does not kick on until after 11:00PM in the evening.

Me gustó mucho la estadía, la ubicación está muy buena, está a una cuadra de la playa, restaurantes muy cerca y un lugar tranquilo. Lo único es que no tiene canales de televisión, muchos canales de tele venta y no son televisores Smart para poder conectarse con el cel. Todo lo demás muy bueno.

Le ménage n’est fait que tous les trois jours, les petits déjeuners ne sont pas servi il faut aller à 400 m. Certaines chambres ne sont pas encore au niveau d’un motel. Il ne parle pas français et nous avons beaucoup de mal à se faire comprendre. Le parking est très cher.

Le motel est bien situé, il ne fait pas de petit déjeuner il faut se déplacer à 500 m pour trouver des restaurants… Le ménage et le lit est fait tous les 3 jours … Le parking est payant et il faut rajouter les taxes de jours …

Leider nicht überzeugt.”
Das Hotel liegt wirklich nah am Strand. Nur leider trifft man auf dem Weg dorthin öfters Obdachlose. Parkplätze können für 16 Dollar angemietet werden . Leider hat das Hotel meist nicht genug Parkplätze, so das man auf eine teureres Parkhaus in der Nähe ausweichen muss. Leider drückt das Meerwasser nachts durch die Gullis hoch. Dadurch ist das Hotel nach 22 Uhr bis Mittags nur erreichbar indem man durch Hochwasser fährt. Auch die geparkten Autos stehen im Wasser. Das Personal ist freundlich so lange man nur Ein- oder Auschecken oder ein Zimmer wechseln möchte. Unser erstes Zimmer hat extrem nach Schimmel gerochen. Das Zweite war dann wirklich sehr schön. Sobald man aber ein anderes Problem hat hört leider die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft auf und schwenkt teilweise in Drohungen um. Möchte man einen Manager oder anderen Verantworlichen der einem behilflich sein kann, hat man leider keine Chance. Von Agoda selbst wurden wir aber perfekt betreut.
