Perfect beachside”
My unit was so close to the beach I kept walking right past it! I was only there for 3 nights and wish I’d stayed longer. Fully equipped kitchen which. I didn't use but would be great for a family. The parking was a bonus and not expensive. There is a real Art Deco feel about it which is charming. Property is older but that just adds to the atmosphere. I hope to go back again sometime and I would stay here.

Great price and style for a 1 bedroom suite! Literally steps from the beach and boardwalk! Clean room and the staff was really nice. Complimentary beach chairs and beach towels. Parking is cheap compared to parking anywhere else. Watch out for weird people at night when you are alone in the parking lot giving you a story trying to ask you for money. I expected to encounter this because it is miami. Otherwise enjoy the stay the value is worth it!

Good place with some minor flaws”
My first stay was very good. On this visit we had room 48. My issue was the outlets closest to the bed did not work. Maintenance informed us the outlet has never worked since the building was built. So keep in mind throughout the property some outlets may not work. Only 2 of 4 burners worked on our stove. Maintenance had checked it out as well. The baseboards didn't look as clean and there was something brown onto of the bedroom door frame that looked bug shaped but I didn't dare touch it. Cosmetically, the place does show its wear from being an old building. The doors to the bathroom had rotted peeling paint on the bottom. Location is excellent.

Have been staying here for years. As clean as you can get. Rooms look like a New England shalet. A fridge, microwave and wonderful staff. So friendly. Quaint pool and centrally located to beach, restaurants and things to do!

I highly recommend a stay at the Beachside Boutique Suite. The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the property is safe. This is the perfect location for walking the Broadwalk! I will definitely be back.

I was my 2nd time here in Feb 20 (last time was in 2013). Still great! Comfortable apartments. 2 min to the beach. Beach towels and chairs are provided. The parking is additional charge but you always get a place to park. Nothing negative. Recommend! Will come back For sure!

Excellent Bargain Hotel”
The hotel is in an excellent location, just a block from one of the prettiest beaches in the area and the miles long boardwalk with restaurants, shops and entertainment. The hotel has several older buildings covering several blocks, all varying in size, but nicely updated for an older hotel. All of our rooms were very clean, with kitchenettes. Would not recommend the back area of the hotel closest to the beach rooms 81,82,83. Nice for families looking for a bargain hotel in Hollywood beach. They have complimentary beach chairs and beach towels and will hold your bags if you have an early arrival.

Great location, free beach chairs and towels, spacious rooms”
The location was perfect - very short walk to beach and Broadwalk. They even provided beach chairs and towels for both days of our stay. Staff was friendly and the room was clean and very spacious. There was also a remote control to control the air conditioning unit which came in quite handy! My one and only concern was that our window was partially open and I could not get it to shut and lock. As a female traveller with my daughter, I did not feel completely safe at night knowing the window was open and hearing people’s voices outside late at night.

Very Loud AC”
The staff ia friendly, and they offer free beach chair and towel which is very considerate. Room is super basic, and even a bit rough, with no ventilation. The real downside is the AC, so loud that getting into sleep with AC on is an ultimate challenge. 100m to the beach, you pay for the location, and suffer the noisy machine.

Perfect beach hotel”
My boyfriend and I have stay-cationed here several times and each time received excellent service from the office staff. The rooms are always very clean, a/c is cold, property very well maintained inside and out. Can’t really beat the location for the price (1 block from the broadwalk and beach). Affordable parking rate too ($12 day to park inside a property owned lot). We will choose to stay here again and again!
