Some of the staff could have been a little friendlier when you had questions. The valet attendants were very nice, friendly, & helpful. Only complaint was the elevator situation. Thankfully we were on the 3rd floor so we were able to use the stair rather then waiting for an elevator all the time. With as expensive as the condo rental was I think that you should not have pay for the fobs to be able to get into the facility and beach. Overall we had a nice stay. We ended up staying in the Condo with a pool view which was awesome and was not charged extra for this type of room since I had booked the condo with a city view. Very pleasant surprise and we were very happy. Only complaint about the condo was that it did not have very many kitchen utensils, the kitchen and utensils needed to be updated. The condo was Very clean though. Shower faucet would not turn of completely-lots of wasted water. Staff that finalized check in the following morning was very friendly.
