The stay was comfortable,views and balcony lovely, but I had emailed ahead to check a few things, but I didn't receive a reply. There wasn't enough hot water to have a bath, the toilet was a little dirty and no free internet in the room as stated. Not great value for money and no aplogies from staff.

Upon my arrival, I was quite stressed and tired, and I encountered a minor issue with my room booking. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the swift resolution of this matter, and I was even upgraded to a suite. I must commend the exceptional service provided by two of your employees, Nazih and Adnan, who not only rectified the issue promptly but also displayed an extraordinary ability to help me relax and take my mind off the stresses of my day. Their impeccable customer service was the primary reason I chose to accept the free upgrade rather than seeking accommodations elsewhere. I strongly recommend that the hotel owner consider recognizing the outstanding contributions of Nazih and Adnan with a well-deserved pay raise. Their dedication and exceptional service truly set them apart. Throughout my stay, I found that any issues, concerns, or questions I had were consistently addressed in a timely and efficient manner, whether by Adnan, Nazih, or any other member of your staff. The level of customer service provided was nothing short of outstanding. Having stayed at various hotels, I can confidently say that I intend to return to the Hollywood Inn Hotel on my next visit to Lebanon. In terms of location, the hotel’s proximity to the beach, cafes, and bars is truly unbeatable. This convenience significantly enhanced my overall experience.
