Great location to everything. The staff was wonderful I had 6 night stay with no issues This place deserve a 10. I dont know why stupid people rate low or give negative and untrue review. I will recommend to all my friends and family. When I come back I will stay here again

Pros: - Rooms were spacious (7th & 2nd floor) - walking distance to Ben Thanh market & Saigon Square! - close to a great Chinese Resto across the street (try their Hongba & Hainanese chicken). you could order for To Go & just eat at the hotel since there is a kitchenette - has elec kettle, microwave, ref (the one at the 7th flr is big), utensils - a commendable pho resto nearby (turn right after exiting hotel, then 1st street, turn right again, just go straight & you won't miss it on your right. only 50,000 dong) - if you miss fastfood, a McDonald's is also about 3mins walk from hotel - no forex nearby... go to Saigon Square (at the side) for good rates Cons: - emailed that lobby will undergo repairs only a day before our arrival The lobby is very small & when you have stuff all over the place, it's not safe esp for 3 senior citizens that we were traveling with - room dusty (side table, cabinets & exhaust fan) but overall, will recommend this place!

The staff is very nice. Although the walkway is very narrow, the hotel is quite big and comfortable. The hotel is clean. I am satisfied with it.

Walking Distance to District 1”
There are many coffee shops and restaurants nearby. There's a Vietnamese local restaurant just a 100 meters from the Void which offers Com Tam (rice meals). They are busy, popular with the locals and not expensive. There's a construction just outside the building but it's quiet in the evening. We had good sleeps there. Tips: You have to ask the receptionist to have the room cleaned up as they don't automatically clean the place. You can ask the receptionist about renting a motorbike, he'd help contact a third party. It was 150,000vnd per day for Hayate and 200,000vnd for a Nouvo. There's 1 million VND deposit per bike.

Stay in a family room as it was the last room they have. Quite a nice place to stay. But if u are a light sleeper, I will not suggest as there is a pub music just beside the apartment. The bouncing muisc may kill u.

Price on the high side”
Stayed there for 3 nights but felt that the place was clean WiFi was stable. But the gate closed at 12 midnight which make it difficult for me to enter. Have to press the bell for the guard to open the gate. Overall is still a nice place to stay. They only have 7 rooms.

This aparthotel is a gem in district 1. Quite, super spacious, comfortable, affordable and clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We were enjoyed our stay very much. The hotel is close to many eateries and walking distance to major locations like Ben Thanh market and Bui Vien backpacker street. The room was clean and the staffs were very kind and friendly, they booked us a package to Mekong Delta and Cu Chi tunnels. Wifi was very fast. Overall hightly recommend this aparthotel for couple or family.

Wonderful place to stay!”
We stayed a week and were so impressed by the kind, friendly and helpful staff. They did our laundry, called us a cab when needed, etc., and greeted us every time we returned with smiles and even opened the door! The place had staff there 24x7. The apartment was great, and we so enjoyed the space of a separate living area and bedroom for the same price as a single room elsewhere. Cleaned every day, full-size fridge and kitchenette was a treat. One big bonus is the included breakfast at an upscale European restaurant right next door served until 10am. It was so delicious, made to order, and served as our main midddat meal! Loved the location right across from Ben Thaan market and street food at night. There are several other local restaurants nearby, as well as a fabous bakery. Ice cream place, etc. Walki g distance from most places. We loved our stay and will return, but be aware that some street noise sounds very clear in the room, a d on Friday and Saturday nights the nice restaurant downstairs opens tgeurvroiftop bar with music and you can hear it very loud in your room. We actually liked the music, so no real problem for us, and I heyvdid shutbitvdiwn after midnight, but earplugs will take care of any Street noisectgat may bother you. Pkacevus clean and well located and we loved staying there!

I stayed there for 1 night that I truly recommend this apartment. It’s a quite good hotel. Mr.Bao as the security guard was really nice and kind, helpd me to carried my luggage to the room. For the breakfast i didn’t try to have so i have no idea.Really recommend this apartment to everyone, will come back again.

Family Apartment With Kitchen”
The apartment was well maintained and had ample sleeping space for all my guests..Aircon was in good working order and the induction cooker in the kitchen was a plus point..Toilet even had a bathtub and housekeeping was done daily automatically..Wouldn't mind staying here again if I have the chance..

Spacious apartment with a kitchenette that you can use for cooking. staffs are very friendly, always carrying a big smile and greet the guests. Room is very clean, looks new and 240+ TV channels, though mainly in Vietnamese language. Location wise, it's 3 minutes walk to Ben Thanh market and 15mins walk to Notre Dame Cathedral + Saigon post office, . Overall, Everything was functioning well. Recommend for singles,couples,familys..
