Breakfast was AMAZING! The kids especially enjoyed it... they were worried they wouldn't like it and ended up LOVING it! That was the best way to start our day!
There was a child's toy under the couch and a stain on the couch cushion. These are the only "complaints" I can say I had. Everything else was amazing

Room was very poorly cleaned, food scraps all over and greasy, dirty surfaces. Sticky floors and no soap to wash hands with. Beds and pillows very far from what you would expect from a Hilton property. Poor value for money.

It was clean and comfortable and the people were friendly
We were told there would be a crib, so I didn't bring my daughter a bed. They said they hadn't had cribs since December. No alternative was offered. The pool was closed as well, and no notice was up except on the pool gate. The web site said it was open and that was one of the reasons we chose that hotel.

the room smelled horrible like someone had just washed their dog and there was dog hair everywhere. we sprayed several times and it did not help. the room was $200 for one night and they said they had no other rooms. we had to show up to our event with white dog hair everywhere because we didn’t have time to find anything else to wear. we received a text asking how the room was from Rhea and when we informed her of the issues she didn’t offer anything to help besides spraying the room which we had already done. I have never had this experience at any other Home2 and we travel a lot! my wife woke up in hives because evidently the dog had been on the bed too unacceptable

Our family enjoyed the quaint hotel, not busy and noisy like many 5 star hotels. Staff was friendly.”

I loved the hot breakfast! I loved the variety of all the other choices. I wished they served orange juice, they did not. The apple juice tasted watered down.
I understood this facility was understaffed. My family did not expect daily cleaning or restocking towels and linens. But in the 7 days we stayed, we were assured one day of cleaning, sterilizing, and change of clean linens and towels...but that did not happen at all! Our dirty towels stayed piled up in the corner of the bathroom. We even took our own trash out. That was very disappointing considering how much we paid for our stay.
