1 block from Hoi An night market, few blocks from river and old town. Pretty new with a pool by the entrance. 3 floors with 10 rooms, some with small balcony, all have a fridge, cheapest rooms with windows seeing nowhere. Receptionist (Ninh) was friendly and helpful; she speaks English and can offer all kings of services from shuttle to cooking classes. Hotel rents out bicycle and motorcycle, can arrange or bought on your behalf of tours and tickets. Book directly from hotel seems to be about the same price as book through other travel sites. Breakfast is made to order but rather simple.

Location: Great, convenient, short walk to An Hoi Bridge, mini mart nearby Staff: Polite and nice, however some of them could not understand English... Room: Well polished and clean. However, we stayed in room 202 whereby our window is connected to another house behind. Locals staying there were drinking and yelling at midnight and we can hear it very clearly; the light from their room shone into ours through the sides of our window blinds - it was a really annoying night... Toilet: Consistent hot showers. Very clean. However, there is no shelf/table/hooks in the toilet. A very small sink is right outside the toilet. Breakfast: Very good and extensive menu! Breakfast is available 7:30am-9:30am Bikes: Limited but it's free! Unlike some other Homestay that provides at 30k VND/day. Laundry: Laundry Service available, however it is much more expensive than elsewhere - 40k VND/kg. Items are folded nicely and it smells great though! Pick Up Service/Tours Available: Expensive. It is advisable to book it yourself elsewhere.

This place is a gem. We are a couple and booked the big triple room as it looked quite amazing on the photos and this is how it was in reality. Comfortable bed, huge window overlooking the roofs and small streets with lanterns and a balcony too. The staff is very helpful and breakfast included in the rate delicious. This is one of these places which simply are excellent. Value for money for sure.

Simple and nice, hospitable owner, like the breakfast served. No lift as it's a homestay so be prepared to climb some stairs! Lovely stay!

Located near the main city area. Host is very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and nice. The only bad thing is the air con is not strong enough. Overall whole package was nice as breakfast is also provided. Will definitely come back to stay as price is reasonable!

This property exceeded our expectation. 1 block from the night market and 2 blocks from the canal. Clean room with balcony. Breakfast was hot and made to order. Fresh fruit, juice, coffee. Fast laundry service. The staff was amazing. They were there for us with whatever we needed. They even had a car and driver on site if needed. Can’t say enough about the staff. Well done!

Very disappointing”
Our rooms were okay?? the beds however were very hard and there was no hot water in the mornings. Breakast was no great shakes. Everything seemed to be an awful effort for the Manager (lady). She even blamed us for our plane being delayed even though I had tried to send her a message on her phone. Will not stay there again, it certainly wasn't welcoming.
