A little lovely place to chill out”
It's my second stay here on the way back from Armenia. I love the hospitality of the landlady making me feel like home. Though hidden in the back alley, the place is tranquil and quiet. Room space is spacious and comfortable enough to hang out. There is a laundry hanger in the room and your clothes can dry fast. I do love this place and highly recommend.

Excellent atmosphere feeling like home ”
Being located in the back alley, it's quite peaceful. The room provided is large and comfortable. Though landlady doesn't speak much English, she has great hospitality and will connect you to Nika (who speaks English) on the phone. I feel like home being here as the landlady always welcomes you at the gate when you arrive no matter how late or how early. The kitchen area is a lovely place to look at for its tiny lovely garden pot. I love this place and will definitely come back. This is a real homestaying experience.

Its a a sharing house with a family. One toilet for all. Owners are nice and hospitable. So if you are looking for a room to stay for night the or 2 and have your washing done & countinue your trips then house stay is the place. It's right in the old city's centre.

Everything as it should be”
Great service. Everything was excellent. I read some complaints by other reviewers about tidiness: everything was spotless. I also read about the lack of cooking facilities. I never tried to cook. And quite frankly, visiting one of the best food countries in the world (and perhaps the cheapest), you'd be crazy to be cooking macaroni or pelmeni in the guesthouse kitchen. Highly recommend Nika's Homestay.
