"Very clean and nicely decorated. Walls are thin but that's no problem if fellow guests are quiet, which for me was unfortunately not the case. Quiet hours recommended for regulations. Other than that, outstanding!"

"The proximity to Heathrow Airport and the price of the room made us book with Grand Airport Ensuites. It is an easy and free ride (with the U3 bus) to get to and from the airport. The room itself was clean, but had few amenities and the lights literally didn’t switch on, so you had to use a lamp. We enjoyed the TV, and if you don’t have a European plug adapter, you can use the USB port on the TV to charge your phone, etc (as long as the TV is on). Communication was good before check-in, but after check-in, I couldn’t get a response to a question I had via email. You deal with no people when getting to your room, which is convenient in some ways. Overall not a horrible place, just not the best. "

"Disappointed with this self check in property which looked promising initially but we quickly realised that this was a bad choice. Although the place was spotless and new, there were no fans available in london temperatures of over 35 degrees, the temperature knob on the shower was broken and when the water was turned on it was boiling hot and I had to get out before I got scalded. There was no telephone number or contact number to complain. The number and email in the instructions email from the property were blotted out. Had to ring Agoda customer services to explain the situation and that I would just like a refund so I could check out and go to a hotel and at least get a shower and a room with a fan or a/c. After 2 days, there is no resolution and a repeat email saying room was non refundable and I will be contacted. Not happy."
