"The property is between Ninh Binh City and Tam Coc/Trang An areas, so offers good access to all is cycling or driving. Free bicycle hire was very welcomed, travelling nearly 20km in a day! However seats are quite hard and my bottom is still suffering two days later lol Property itself is lovely and new, very clean and comfortable, offering everything you need. The host, Hai, and his family are incredibly kind and helpful, and are very keen to ensure you have the best stay possible. We were very kindly sent off with a large glass of delicious, homemade banana wine, and Hai even accompanied us in the taxi to the train station, which I'm sure as a result was an incredibly reasonable price. We did not take advantage of having dinner with the family as it was out of our budget, but I wish we had and I would certainly recommend spending some time with these lovely people 😊"

"The Diep's house is a very beautiful place in Ninh Binh. It's a bit far from the center but you can go by foot with a 20 mins walk or renting a motorbike in the guesthouse. The tam coc area is just at 10 mins drive. The hosts were so nice with us! They helped us to discover a lot of nice places in the area and they cleaned our room every day! The food is amazing and cheap! Their daughter is also very nice and funny! Probably the best homestay in Ninh Binh "

"Luong (Owner) is a good and nice cook. He cooked the dinner and breakfast for my family. Luong has the farm in the home stays, there is many fresh and organic vegetables. Even the welcome drinks ~ orange juice is very fresh and good. As my father want to eat the fresh salad vegetable in his farm, Luong accept our request immediately and serve us during dinner. Luong helped us to book the private car from Halong bay to Ninh Binh and Ninh binh to Hanoi. He suggested that we could go to Trang An for sightseeing. Thanks for his suggestion to let us have a good memory in Ninh Binh. All the equipment in homestays are new. It lets us feel comfortable, like in our home. "

"The hosts are amazing. Very inviting as soon as we got there. The food is very affordable and so tasty. The room was clean and the ac worked well. It was a lovely experience. We definitely recommend! "
