it was very nice and relaxing. The refrigerator was full sized. Large pool . it had a picnic table and grill. Recommend.

Deceiving-Looks Nothing Like The Picture”
While we didn't expect the hotel to be an amazing 5 star hotel, this hotel was nothing like the pictures on the site. Everything was falling apart and neighbors were playing music and partying outside at all hours. Good location for the airport and microwave and fridge worked and shower was fine but everything else was awful.

Upon trying to check in I was first ignored in the office for at least 20 mins because the 2 desk clerks were dealing with complaints about the filth of the property and the rooms. The gentleman in line before me had seen 3-4 rooms b4 he asked about a refund!! Once I was finally attended I was give a key to a room that had construction materials everywhere and the too it’s self was DISGUSTING. Went back to office said this was unacceptable and was five a key to a room that had a window that appears to be SHOT OUT!! The stairways were littered with a lot of trash and all I smelled was weed, urine, n trash!! Again I was given another room to go look at and this time it smelled MOLDED and wasn’t clean either! I arrived at 3pm I left because I had to be to work at 430pm and didn’t have time to keep going to check if rooms were clean because the desk staff has NO IDEA what rooms are clean, unoccupied, or uninhabitable!!!

During our 7 night stay multiple times in the middle of the night a stranger banged on our door... Waking up my 10 month old. The first day, as soon as we walked in and noticed the dirtiness and bugs I called the front desk and asked for a refund bc I wanted to leave and they told me they can’t refund weekly stays? So we had to stay. They only offered to come “ check the room and clean if needed “ Also a fire broke out when we were there, at 3am everyone had to evacuate for at least an hour and a few rooms burned. Do not recommend especially to a mom or family with little children.

WORST HOTEL IN ORLANDO DO NOT BOOK!!”
Rented two rooms which both looked different one was destroyed as if a hurricane passed threw it and only thing that survived where the Infestation of roaches. Baseboards are falling off as well as dry wall. Only one room AC actually worked the other stove did not work. Shower head missing from the room and gets flooded when using it. This hotel should be condemned and should be taking off the market or this app. If COVID was a hotel this will definitely be it!! When you talk to the staff they “write it down” as if they did not know all the horrible issues they have in this miserable hotel. County jail has better rooms.

This place has been the worst place I have ever stayed. I spent several nights because they did not want me to refund the money I paid for 8 nights. The photos I upload speak for themselves. The hotel staff are the worst and the rooms are dirty. the bathroom seems to be never cleaned. they do not offer daily cleaning service. the TV control does not have the battery cover. the room smells musty, the microwave doesn't work and it's broken. Did I forget to mention the cockroaches in the room ??? Never ever again!!! This place is a garbage!!!! Este hotel parece un lugar para indigentes. No trabaja el microondas estuvo rota la puerta . El baño sucio con pelos por todas partes incluyendo el shower . El servicio de limpieza no existe. La habitación huele humedad y un par de cucarachas que vi en el baño. No es recomendable quedarse en este hotelucho.. Yo no me fui de este lugar por que NO me quisieron hacer la devolución del dinero que pague por 8 noches .. Nunca volvería a este lugar .

WORSE!!!!”
WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN MY ENTIRE LIFE. The floor was VERY DIRTY as nobody has never clean for ages. The toilet was so scary as a horror movies. Cable TV was broke and it falls on the wall. Suddenly cockroach was running at the door!!!!!!! And guess what,, I slept in my car that night I AM NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!

There’s roaches everywhere, the place is a mess, disgusting, nothing works. They advertise that they have wifi, tv and stuff and they don’t provide anything. No clean bed sheets or covers. Appliances were broken, key card was broken couldn’t even get in the room. Staff was so unprofessional, basically just there for the money.

We wanted to go to Universal Studio. But the hotel was 4 miles away from it. The taxi fare was expensive, about 20 dollars each trip. Overall the room was not bad with a kitchen.

They let you book a room for more people than it can accommodate and then it becomes your responsibility as you booked it... Ideally if you have more people it should not allow you to book the room. The room which were initially provided to us were in terrible condition. Even the bed sheets were not there on the second bed. The rooms were not clean and were in bad condition. It seems they do not have ample room service as the receptionist was running around to address peoples concern. They did change our rooms and give us slightly cleaner rooms and we had to take it as we just had to spent few hours before our flight early morning otherwise we would not have stayed there..... ... The location of the place is good as it is close to the airport (that was the reason I booked it) but cleanliness bad and hence I would not recommend it to the families unless you are not getting any other options ...... I hope they do a better management and improve this facility.... I wish them luck
