Friendly host and comfy stay”
It was so lovely time while staying in Homey inn enya. The host loves to drink so if you go there, you can have familiar drinking party with great foods he make. The location is a bit far from Yufuin station by walk but it's not a big deal since the host drives you around. The onsen he made is good enough to use especially at night while watching stars :) I strongly recommend this place if you want a familiar place to stay!

Best host ever!”
Sinya-san was great host! We had great time in Yufuin and Homey Inn def. made our trip more special! He was super nice and friendly host and we really enjoyed our time there. Can't forget our sake party and it was one of the best experience of this trip. We've stayed so many places so far, including 5star hotels and nice rokyan, hostel and other types of accomodation. I will strongly recommend this place if you don't mind to be a bit far from Yufuin main area. It is not like traditional rokan but if you have open-mind, you'll enjoy staying here for sure.

We do had a great time in Homey Inn. Mr Tatsukama is a very kind and nice person. Our kids have food allergic and Mr Tatsukama tailor-made delicious food for us. Although it is a little bit difficult to get there, it environment is really good! Highly recommended.

Exceptional”
Thank you the owner of the Inn. He is nice and friendly. He is willing to drive me to the station. And even I arrive so late the first night, he stills awaits me before he goes to rest. The room and bathroom is clean. And I enjoyed the hot spring in the common bathroom so much. Just me used the bathroom. Good privacy. Even taking taxi from the station to the Inn only costs less than 800 yen.

It's the host and other guests that make our stay memorable. The host cooked great Japanese foods and we enjoyed it very much indeed! Although both of us can't speak Japanese at all, the friendliness of the host and other guests made us feel at home.

Surprise”
There was a natural hot spring pool available for use! Owner was friendly. Place is a little old, not the cleanest, door and floor to the toilet and shower creaks loudly, but otherwise, this was among the cheaper places to stay near Yufuin.

The owner is beyond kind ! He did drive me everywhere I wanted to go . From onsen to other villages to even supermarket!!! He made a special breakfast for me coz I didn't like the one that was available... Seriously. A great place to stay. A very rustic environment. Truly cryptic and mysterious! Loved it ! Wonderful Stay at Homey Inn Enya”
Very kind owner. We can't speak Japanese but still able to communicate by using the translator. The place is a big far from train station but the host willing to drive us around. We having very meaningful drinking party with him at night and super delicious Japanese breakfast there. He also helping us make a very touching and memorable videos during the stay there. It really make our trip very special and the best experience trip as well

Perfect place to relax yourself”
I've stayed for 2 nights with halfboard included and have no regret at all. Even though the place is far from the core part of Yufuin, it didn't bother me as Shinya San didn't mind giving me a ride at all. And the food he provided was really great :) You can even enjoy the private onsen!

This is a B & B place run by the owner himself who is doubling as the chef. All guests pretty much eat together at the dinning area both for breakfast and dinner. The photos showed in web site look much better than the place itself. The owner organised a small concert during the period of our stay, which also catered guests from outside of the B & B. The party stayed till late at night. Our room was close to their activity area, so we can hear the noise. It really felt like we were the house guests of others cos we did not have the choice whether or not to be part of their activity. For us, it's not so enjoyable. There is real onsen water supplied in the bathroom, which was shared by turns of all the house guests.
