Bad impression. Bathroom window wide open without screen when arrived. Ants on bed. Window to the left of entrance door does not fully close and lets in hot humid air. Lots of ants in kitchen area/walls. Mosquitoes.

Our time at the Siargao Residency was fantastic. Perfect to stay and very affordable. Thank you for the four-day room upgrade. Our villa is really large and appropriate for a family because it has two large beds and a fully equipped kitchen where we can prepare our meals. My husband and I love our villa, which is right next to their pool. The atmosphere is so relaxing and soothing, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. We wished we could bring our kids along. They will undoubtedly enjoy this location as well. For those visiting Siargao, I highly recommend this place. We will surely comeback here.

This is a duplex villa shared by house or villa 5. I believe it's area is 5mx4.5m from the kitchen/tv area to the bedroom and another 2mx4.5m in the balcony area. I absolutely love this place coz it feels like home. Although, there were some information missed. I wasn't informed of the P1500 initial deposit & the check-in time is 2pm which is far-out from the 1pm that is indicated on this website. The balcony was dirty & dusty when I arrived despite booking this one month in advance & a reminder from me a day prior the arrival. I would still prefer to book here since the resort is very quiet. I love the chirping of the birds & the fireflies at night. Hopefully when I go back, the cushions outside is clean, vacuumed & with sofa covers. Pls do remind staff to refill the shower gel in every check-ins. Of course, I do understand that it has still been 5mos since Super typhoon Odette. Thank you for this comfort. We had fun walking from the hotel to Cloud 9.
