I have the chance to book in this hotel as we were having a party at EDSA Shangrila. The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in early at no extra cost. Room was clean and smelled good upon entering, linen and pillows were white. The staff were all courteous as they greet me everytime we crossed each other— in the lobby, hallway and even everytime we meet in the elevator! I think the service along with the place will go far beyond to what you pay for everytime you book here. As it is a budget hotel, there were no toiletries included but I don’t mind and there are a lot of convinience stores around where you can buy them. Overall I am satisfied and for sure I will come back again.

Clean facilities and friendly staffs”
The hotel room is neat and clean and the facilities were really working fine. The staffs were very friendly. The only thing that bothers me are the noises coming from other rooms and hallway, the room is not sound proof, and when your in the hallway you can hear the conversations of other guests from different rooms. Or maybe they're just talking loud, lol. Anyway, all in all I enjoyed my 1 night stay here and will recommend this to my friends and officemates when we needed to spend the night in Ortigas since this hotel is very near in our office.

Hop Inn is one of the best hotels I've ever been privileged to stay at. From Friendly staff, Clean and sanitized rooms, bed comfort, and the efficiency of the staff. Cons: Parking Slot is on a First come, first serve basis, even if you are already staying for 3 days, with no slot privilege. Toiletries not available (toothbrush, Toothpaste, Soap, Slippers)

Super clean rooms and entire building (hope they can maintain it) it looks like it is new, staff were really efficient, respectful and amazing! Extra cheers for the lobby guards who are readily able to help and assist. Value for money just perfect, in a street filled with high end hotels, a yuppie type mid level budget space sprouts like a comfort for everyone saying we have every right also to be in this great location for almost half the price of everyone else on the line. Will definitely be staying there again and again.

The best part is their friendly and polite staff and their safe and free parking. The room was clean, as well as the public spaces and the parking. Free bottles of water are free, but there are no dental kit and slippers which they would tell in advance. Their towels look old but were clean. Our overall stay was comfortable. This is a very ideal place to stay in Ortigas.. accessible yet very affordable.

It was a blissful experience staying at Hop Inn Ortigas, everything has just been perfect. From the moment I check in until I check out, the staff have been very accommodating. I was assigned at room 1503. The room was just super clean, very simple yet comfortable. The city view from my room also adds to its charm. Luckily, I was able to see a beautiful sunset from my window. I recommend you request this room too! Location is strategic. It took me only 10-minute walk to reach EDSA Shangrila. I like the Viber 24/7 chat. FO responded quickly and very professional. Surprisingly, my stay date was their first day of operation! I was just so lucky to be part of the very first few guest to experience their super hospitality on their first day and night! Highly recommended for all types of staying travelers.

Extremely satisfied with our stay. Room was clean and smelled crisp. It’s an excellent choice for those looking for a place to stay for office visits. Some considerations: - There is no facility for hot water provision, so you would need to purchase warm/hot drinks and meals outside. - The room did not have a cabinet for hanging clothes but there is a small rack with a few hangers. If you’re traveling with multiple clothes that tend to quickly wrinkle, you might need to request for more hangers. I didn’t try this during our stay. - Toiletries were not provided; hence, you would need to bring your own or buy at a nearby convenience store.

Newly opened, minimalist, decent”
At it’s best condition since it’s newly opened. The rooms are just the right size just to sleep in for the night. WiFi was good. Bathroom was very clean. Has bidet with just the right pressure, rainmaker shower has good pressure even at 16th floor. There were no toiletries, but for the price I can’t complain. There’s 711 right next to it, and a lot of food choices around. All the staff from guard, front desk, housecleaners were all very friendly, courteous, and treats everyone very special. Customer service was like 5 star hotel. Will definitely consider going back here.

My hubby and I stayed the weekend at Hop Inn Ortigas. The room was very clean and smartly designed to be minimalist in furniture yet fully functional. The crew are friendly and accommodating and we've got a nice view of the city. Walking distance to The Podium, SM Megamall, and St. Francis Square. Highly recommended 😊

It was our 2-3x booking in this hotel and we had the same experience, it was a pleasant experience and everything is near in this hotel. Their staff were very accommodating and their guard were very nice in letting us know if there are parking available. We also felt secured leaving our items behind and it was a pleasant experience as well.

Clean and accessible to almost anything!”
Room was very spacious and clean! It’s also well maintained in a way that the wall paintings look new which makes the room bright. CR was also modern with blower, heater, and bidet. Although, there was only one pillow provided per guest and no toiletries. Only bottled waters per day and tissue roll. Staffs were accommodating and friendly! They are responsive on Viber and would happily tend to requests as much as they can. Location is accessible to public transpo, mall, and food choices.
