            Dear Support Team, I've got 2 booking, Code: 277323920 and code 277355140 - at Hop Y Homestay Hoi An. They're paid already, i dont know why i come to that hotel, they refused to check in to me, and they said that they were sold out of rooms, and no more room for us, and they said that Agoda will pay back to me?... it is really terrible experience for agoda, i feel nervous and be angry too much, how i should solve this problem.

            Amazing staying at this hotel!”

            staff, location and atmosphere

            we staid at hop Y homes at for three nights and our stay was just amazing. The hotel is run by a beautiful family always keen to help you and have fun with you. We even had a party night with them.. Singing and and playing guitar. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the location is just 1 minute walking from the old town. If you are looking for a good place to stay and if you like sharing time with locals.. This is the perfect place! Highly recommend!!

            friendly staff, good location and reasonable price

            I recommend this for somebody who doesnt require high standard accommodation. The price is reasonable. It takes about 8-10 minutes walking to Ancient Town (Tran Phu street). The room is clean. In general, I am satisfied with this homestay.

            Clean, spacious nicely decorated rooms, location quiet at night, value for money!

            Great- good value for money- spacious clean rooms with tasteful decoration. We only paid about AU$23 for a double room, and it had two double beds and a very comfortable clean bathroom. Brekkie was good, nice common courtyard. Hoi An can be very noisy so really good to have a quiet location for sleeping, but close to the action! Just over the bridge to the old town (5min by bicycle). Free brekkie and bike hire, can't go wrong! Thoroughly recommend it!
