The customer service is terrible. The phone goes straight to answer machine and no one returns any calls. They were taking forever to answer my emails as well. Not trying to help me at all.

Cute apartment in a great location and private parking arranged. Also has an outdoor smoking area which was convenient. Host answered all my queries efficiently. Would definitely stay again.

The apartment was immaculate. I recieved my 150 pounds deposit back on inspection the next say. The staff leave you too it. Nice outdoor area It is a little hard to find as its an inconspicuous door in between a night club and an indian restaurant . But that was the only negative. Which is minor.
