The hostel is located within 10 mins walk to the bus/train station, probably 15 mins walk from city center. it's a renovated prison, made really good use of its space and character. the neighborhood is funky (depends on what type of person u re).. people who are easily awake should avoid....the toilet is inside the room with a public sink. so you may be woke up by people more frequently. the staff are very helpful and overall is good.

Nice place on a budget”
The Celica Art hostel is well located, just a 10 min walk from the train and bus station. It's part of the Metelkova Art center, an urban cultural center featuring underground music and art events. The vivid nightlife of Metelkova may be disturbing during the night hours; parties lasts till 3 to 4 p.m. The city center and the main attraction is on a walkable distance of 10 min. Overall, a clean, comfort and value for money option for a stay in Ljubljana.

Very basic”
Stay in a twin room which was very basic. It was like a prison cell before so the converted room only has few basic furniture. Other common areas are specially designed tho. The bathroom is far away at the end of the corridor. Everything was clean. Located in an arts area which may feel like a ghetto at night. Acceptable walking distance to main town but a bit dark to walk back.

Historical hostel in an exciting area”
We had a great time at the hostel celica,the staff were very friendly and the building fascinating. Your room is actually a converted prison cell that dated back to the 1890´s. The hostel neighbours an anarchist squatting area that features murals on its walls and a grungy bar with cheap beer where we got stuck watching an Italian-Irish folk punk band!? During the day we walked into town and got the firnuncular railway to the top of the hill overlooking a third of Slovenia and saw through a couple of great museums. well recommended!

hostel is bursting with youthful vibrance and colorful design. certainly a unique experience spending holidays behind bars - literally. room is clean and quiet, even with some partying on the ground floor. the complimentary internet access and book rental services are appreciated. good food with reasonable price. friendly staff.

Fantastic concept that's been well done. Very cool hostel.”
The artwork in our room was impressive and I liked how they had nods to its prison past, from the extra cell door inside the main door, to the artwork on the wall. The whole place had a great, welcoming vibe with fantastic staff and a band playing the night we stayed. Laundry facilities were handy, as was the hostel's close proximity to the train station. Only downside was the lack of temperature control, our room was quite warm and there didn't seem to be a way to change that, along with no blinds in the window to darken the room, but otherwise we enjoyed our stay.

昔監獄かなんかだった有名なホステル”
バス停と駅から徒歩５分ぐらいで駅出てすぐ標識がありその方向に向かっていけばいいが少しわかりにくい。 30分パソコンネット無料（使ってないのでそれ以上は不明）。 部屋はドミトリーでベッドは早い者勝ちでｺﾝｾﾝﾄも場所が限られている。 男女混合の部屋。

ポストイナ観光のため一泊しました。リュブリャーナのホテルは料金が高かったのでこちらを選びました。 個室でしたが、ホテルで慣れている人には苦痛に感じる事が多いでしょう。 ベッドがギシギシと音がする、カーテンがない、共用トイレとシャワーが同じ部屋で床が濡れてしまうなど。

ミーハーなものでagodaで安宿を探していると発見、予約。 値段的には３つ星ホテルに泊まれるレベル、だがクーラーが無い。。 暑かった。。 部屋狭い。トイレ風呂共同。 ごめんなさい三十路のバックパッカーから外れた私にとってはまさしく監獄でした。。
