Coming to Ljubljana I really wanted to stay at Hostel Celica since I had heard so much about it however it was full. Sleeping Beauty I must say is much better located, has a wonderful lady running your place and has ample space. The lady not only made me tea but also asked me if I needed another blanket. The only downside is that there is no kitchen

Awful - Customer Service even worse”
We emailed to say we were arriving late about 6 hours before our arrival, received no response. Upon arriving there was nobody to greet us and were not told there wasn't 24 hour reception. So had to call a number. We were guided to a room that was nothing like the one I booked, a deluxe room with private bathroom (which I require due to medical reasons). We were greeted by a mattress on top of two wooden pallets and a light fitting hanging out of the ceiling. It had no private bathroom, only a shared one. This was around 1am. The sink in the bathroom then exploded leaking hot water everywhere very loudly. I tried again to call the number but was hung up on! This continued until 4 30 am when finally it was stopped, by this point we had both had no sleep due to noise. The sun then came up about 5 30 and due to the fact there was no curtain we then could not sleep either. Awful stay, no help whatsoever and then denied they had given us the wrong room when we complained. AVOID.

While this place may be cheap and close to the center and the host lady is very nice I got badly bitten by bed bugs here. I have big red bites all over my back, arms, and legs.

Good hostel, great location”
I nearly didnt book this place due to the bad reviews but after staying there Im really not sure what all the fuss is about.. Its a good hostel. 8 bed dorm was nice and spacious so I didnt feel like I was on top of other people, locker & key provided, bed was a little squeaky like the other reviews say but nothing major that would keep you up at night.. was still comfortable and bed linen was clean. Shower and bathroom totally fine too. Location is great can walk to bus and train station, supermarkets, restaurants and bars all around. Ive definitely stayed in much worse places, would recommend this place!

Good Value and in an excellent location. Not as many facilities as some other hostels (e.g. No Fridge, Cooker or Kettle available) but many cafes, and a bakery nearby.

I must say that this place is the best location for all my travels. The whole street is full of cafe and restaurants. 10 minutes walk to the castle and the old city. 10-15 minutes walk to the bus station.

Ligging is ideaal. Net buiten de drukte / rumoer en met 4 min lopen op Market square.. 8 min lopen naar het centrum. Geen party / gezelligheid hostel. Wel erg praktisch!

저렴한 가격에 딱 그만큼 입니다. 위치는 드래곤 브릿지 바로 근처고 직원도 엄청 친절했습니다. 직원은 진짜진짜 친절했어요. 근데 샤워실이 열악했고, 오버부킹해서 다른 사람들은 다 모르는 사인데 너네만 친구라고 하루 같이 자라고 해서 같이잤네요. 동양인만 한방에 몰아넣은 느낌도 있었습니다. 벌레는 안나왔구요. 싼 가격에 그냥 하룻밤 잠만 자기에는 나쁘지 않은 것 같습니다.
