Very clean bungalow with mostly private room and dormitory”
Well, its a very clean bungalow with mostly private room and dormitory. The Hotel very near to the bus station run between airport and the train station. I love my stay here, except one thing, no window nor fan in my room.

Modern and clean hostel with nice chill out area and fully equipped kitchen. Super friendly staff. The only minus - rooms are tiny and there were no windows (not even a fan or an AC).

Плюсы: отличная цена за отдельный маленький номер. Просторные санузлы и душевые. Номер оснащен необходимым минимумом мебели. Минусы: плохая шумоизоляция двери, из-за которой очень хорошо слышно переговоры между собой персонала отеля. Вместо комода лучше бы стоял маленький стол, за которым можно было бы поработать с ноутбуком.

-Hostelland Astana это был тихий ужас ! ”
Я остановился в хостеле ex-Hostelland Astana это был тихий ужас ! Я должен был выселиться после 12 00,хорошо! я согласен оплатил половину суммы молодой девушке, после поднялся к себе в номер оказывается админ, пока меня не было, открыла мой номер где мои вещи,паспорт, документы. Она закрыла как то дверь что замок заклинило и никто не смог открыть дверь! время было 17:00 самолёт у меня в 19;35 а я не могу открыть дверь у меня началась паника что я не успею на самолёт. Админ начала идти навстречу и вызвала плотника который ставил им замки ждал я его минут 40 при этом админ постоянно говорила кто за это будет платить кто за это будет платить ! Меня уже после этих слов ярость просто!!! В итоге дверь вскрыли я весь злой испорченным настроение в гневе ушел из хостела в 18:35 и чуть не опаздал на регистрацию ( а как вы знаете регистрация закрывается за 40 минут до полета) слава богу я успел! Если это читает администратор или директор заведения, прошу вернуть мне часть денег на мою карту 4400430157791986 и я забуду этот инцидент! Могу отправить документ билета и время регистрации !
