"Located in a quiet street but within walking distance from the nice places and supermarkets in Asakusa. Hostel is new, clean. Common area is comfortable to eat, relax, research. Well equipped Kitchen is a plus. Dorm is spacious with plenty of room for luggage and a decent size locker with key provided. Beds are comfortable. Last but not least all the staff are amazing, very friendly, positive and always up for a chat. They all speak English really well. I enjoyed a lot my stay here. It was very comfortable"

"Cute and cosy hostel. Staff were so friendly, lovely place to come back to in the evening. Single room smaller than expected but fine for sleeping in. All new facilities. Super close to metro Karumae Station. Walking distance to Asakusa and Senjo-ji temple. Loved my stay here. "

Sakura Hostel Asakusa
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map
"Sakura Hostel Asakusa is located behind Sensouji and a few minutes away from the Ginza Line and Asakusa Line. It's very convenient if you're in a hurry to go sightseeing immediately after arriving. I did get lost though but afterwards, I found a shortcut so everything went smoothly. As for the staff, everyone knew English and other languages. If you're bored, you can talk to them too! The rooms were clean but the wifi was not so strong in my room since it was in the 4th floor. The lounge had a very strong signal. I could even play MMORPGs there. My only qualm about it is the hallway going out of the room to the next hallway. You can definitely feel the wind outside and since I went there in winter, it was chilly. If you want a cheap, clean, and friendly atmosphere, you should definitely check in here."

TOKYO-W-INN Asakusa
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map
"The hostel has everything you need in the convenient location near Asakusa area. The place is clean and neat and there is storage area in each room shared by the fellow traveller. Staff are cheerful and helpful with good command in English. It is not easy to find though especially at night as the sign of hotel is not well-lit. Overall a neat place to stay when the luxury of a hotel room is not needed."

K's House Tokyo Oasis - Quality Hostel
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map
"Clean property facilities with standard size of room (typical in Tokyo). Affordable rate but you got all your basic needs for a comfortable stay. Very close to amusement park for family with young children, Sensoji and Kaminarimon temples, Nakamise street for shoping. Within walking distance to places of interest around Asakusa. A very friendly, pretty, amusing staff named Kae is pleased to welcome, have some chat, and event assist you to advise and arrange an enjoyable trip to many interesting destination in Japan and book local hotel for you. A hot spring/onsen facility with affordable access fee to unleash your fague is just 5 minutes walk from the hotel, but bear in mind that japanese tradition requires you to take off all your clothes before entering the shared bath facility. Anyway, very informative train map and all-you-need spots (recommended culinary and anything with affordable price) map will be given by the staff at time of check in. No worries if you are bothered with complicated japenese train system, since airport limousine bus from Asakusa to both Narita and Haneda is available at certain schedules, you just need to walk 2 minutes accross the street to book or walk-in purchase ticket at Asakusa View Hotel. Really considerable to stay again if I have the opportunity to visit Japan again."

plat hostel keikyu minowa forest
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map
"We loved our stay here because it was just a 5 mins walk from Minowa station. The staff were helpful and kind. They have free coffee, tea and water which is a plus because water is a bit expensive in Japan. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The toilets are clean and the water in the shower is strong and can be adjusted to hot/cold anytime. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Tokyo. It's located in a quiet area so you can really rest well after a long tiring day."

Kangaroo Hotel
Asakusa,Asakusa - View on map
"Hotel is within 10~15 minutes walk from Minami-Senju Station. Accommodation wise; Room has a small TV, an air-con, refrigerator and has futon for its bed. Room would be considered small for 2 people, but definitely still doable with luggages squeezing at the foot of our beds. Bathrooms are located on the first level and every level has a shared toilet with 2 cubicles, making it convenient. Hotel staffs are very friendly and kind to advise you around the area of Asakusa. Been there for 12 nights and It's also very close to supermarkets and convenience stores as well. Overall it was a great hotel with a very affordable price! 5 stars! "
