A bit far off from city centre, however nice seaview and good facilities. Had a bit of problem finding the reception area as it was not manned 24/7

Good rooms with bad location.”
The room was good, clean and spacious. its fully equipped with all the necessity but the location of th place is bad. we have loads of luggages when we arrived. but we have to walk another few blocks away struggling with out luggages. best if the hotel could actually let us know up front which block we will be staying and waiting for us there for the check in or after checking in at receptionist there, they can bring us to the accommodation in a shuttle car.

Overall a Nice Place to stay”
A bit far out from the city central ... not an issue at all if you're driving .. alternatively it's located 3 mins walk away from the bus stop which bring you into the city. Interval is 10 mins during peak hour and about 30 mins at night. Room (is an apartment) is spacious , kitchen is complete and clean, washing machine with a dryer is a big plus. It's weekly housekeeping but no issue for us to reuse the towel. Daily housekeeping is available with additional charge. Overall we are happy with the stay here.

Fantastic stay”
We received, a warm welcome from the receptionist when picking up the keys to the apartment. Our apartment was beautiful, well appointed and immaculately clean. There was an open- plan lounge, dining area and kitchen, double bedroom with an en-suite, twin bedroom and bathroom. All rooms had stunning views over the river Forth. Ho-tel Apartments are fantastic value for money and we would definitely recommend staying there. We will definitely be back.

Pleasantly surprised ”
Only stayed for one night but apartment was very comfortable, clean and with wonderful views over the Leith port. Nice and quiet, I got a great nights sleep, and free parking was a bonus. Bus stop two min walk away and only £1.60 to take you up onto Princes Street or £4 for an all day, hop on, hop off ticket. I would stay again.

The apartment is located away from the city and hence, you will need a car to get to the apartment. The facilities are generally ok but not fantastic. My hubby find the bed condition bad as he could feel the spring in the mattress.

Amazing luxury”
Let me just start by saying prior to this we had been in hotels, hostels and slept on busses and trains... this place was amazing, large king sized rooms one with a ensuite, kitchen, lounge, dining, laundry... everything! The place was spotless and tasteful, the lounge was super comfy and everything worked great, location wise its a bit out of town but the 10 bus drops like a 2 minute walk from the apartments. Very short stroll to ASDA which is open 24 hours and is brilliant. Very short stroll to some decent dining venues as well. Definitely loved our stay here and truly felt pampered.

Very clean apartment with good amenities. Able to see lake from window. Only downside is the short hours of reception and early check out time. Staff's attitude could be better as it was over check in hours and it took us quite some time to locate the apartment. Overall a very nice apartment hotel to live in.
