I would like to thank Mr. Karma (owner) for personally welcome us. The hotel is truly Boutique, away from the hustle bustle of the town. It’s 5km from the Gangtok city need a cab @ 20 per head to commute to the city. Rooms were large and spacious, wonderful view with a balcony. Well decorated serene gateway. The staffs were really helpful. They even went out of their way to set up Anniversary arrangement at the terrace. Kept our luggage when we went to Lachung though we were not staying back at their Hotel. Overall you made the start of trip delightful. Definitely Recommend this hotel , if you are looking for serenity. Thanks

Good but can get better”
Nice new hotel, however there are improvement areas related to staff and cleanliness. Staff needs a bit of chasing and some og the bed linen and towels weren't very clean and we had to get them replaced. Limited food opyions and not muvh around thr hotel as it is located somewhat away from the main part of town. View from room is good. The owner is a very nice and courteous gentleman and helped arrange a trip to Changu Lake for us, however some of his charm and efficiency needs to rub off on the rest of the staff too.

Good Staff, but location is an issue”
The location, is a bit far from MG Marg, main shopping area. Taxis charge Rs 500 if not known. Its only 3kms from main taxi stand. Otherwise all good, nice views of valley and hills. Very hospitable staff. One negative point, is there is major power failure, and hotel staff takes ages to get back everything back on generator. Further please try to get at least one lift, as its hard with aged parents to walk up stairs. Even front desk staff had issue with taking up heavy luggage by stairs.

We have stayed in the hotel for four nights with a group of 25 person, restaurant we're unable to cope with the load. Room heaters are not provided even after repeated requests

No facility available ... View is good but the communication is very bad here ... The manager tells lie always when we need something like heater, bluncket, toiletries etc ... we got nothing ... but when we booked all are written. we have just wasted money here ... Totally unsatisfied ... we have stayed here from 31st dec 2018 to 2nd jan 2019. please skip this place . they won't provide any facilities u want and all are a lie.

Dear Sir, Exytremely sorry for your expereince. It may be noted that Sikkim is a mountain area and yes, the cost of living is high here. However we ensure that given the faciloity we are at par with the other hotels in Sikkim.

One of the worst stays we ever had”
We booked this hotel keeping in mind the reviews seen online and trust me it was only based on reviews. We stayed for 3 days. We reached the hotel, were welcomed well and were informed that we were not able to track your booking but that doesn't matter, we have a room for you, the lady said. She asked us to wait for 10-15 mins and we did. We asked whether our room has complimentary breakfast, and the lady clearly said NO. Then we walked towards room 101, looked fancy with a sitout/balcony and when we entered, the room was still getting cleaned. It was damp, not cleaned properly, the toilet seat was broken and looked run down. Clearly looked like a room which was kept as buffer or for emergency. Next day morning, we woke up at 6am and thought of going for a run, there was no water supply and found no one whom we could inform this and switch on the damn motor. This water issue persisted every day in the morning. After two days of our stay, we were checking out and were asked why we weren't having breakfast at the hotel and when we informed that it is not included in our booking, another lady who looked senior to us informed us that it was a part of our booking and we were given discount of Rs.650 on our check out. These were the first two days of our 11 days trip in Sikkim and trust me it took off at a very bad note. In addition, there were some good things about this hotel too. Food was good and staff were polite and tried their best to keep the customers happy but all in vain if the infrastructure/manpower itself isn't supporting. They also kept our bags with them for almost 6 days when we went on a bike trip across North Sikkim(Based on our experience, we were so scared to do that but we did after taking several pictures of our bags kept in a corner next to the reception). And I want this message to be shared to the owner of this hotel that please look after your property well and you need someone with a great experience in hospitality industry and energy so

We are extremely sorry for same. 2020-2021 was one of the most difficult period for us due to covid and we were down many ways inclusive of staff and other means. However this still does not give a escape when it comes to hospitality. Our property is known for good family atmosphere and good servcices. We have had an organic growth due to our hardwork and have made many guests feel like a family. Our property is known for guests who seeks solitude in silence away from the crowd .
